★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui em dois finais de semana seguidos e me deparei com a mesma cena: FALTA DE FUNCIONÁRIOS PARA LHE ATENDER. Muita gente, calor ( pois só existe 1 ar condicionado para a loja inteira), espera, 2 funcionários tentando dar conta da alta demanda, pessoas insatisfeitas e pra completar ainda atendem Delivery sem ao menos dar conta do atendimento presencial. LAMENTÁVEL.
I went on two weekends in a row and came across the same scene: LACK OF EMPLOYEES TO ATTEND YOU. Lots of people, hot (because there is only 1 air conditioning for the entire store), waiting, 2 employees trying to handle the high demand, dissatisfied people and to top it off, they still serve Delivery without even realizing the face-to-face service. UNFORTUNATE.

Great experience. Congratulations to the owners of the establishment and their employees.. because here in Vila Mariana I needed a quality ice cream shop. It's a shame that some people don't recognize the efforts of others and launch negative comments to achieve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sorvete é bom, atendentes atenciosos mas a um mês atrás fui nesse lugar e me deparei com uma cena que não vou esquecer nunca.
Uma mulher chegou passando na frente de todo mundo exigindo ser atendida primeiro (o local estava lotado) e começou a destratar uma funcionária e trata-la como LIXO, e quando eu e minha esposa fomos atendidas veio a pior parte.. a dona do estabelecimento veio e começou a rir com a mulher e estava agindo como se ela estivesse certa ao invés de defender a sua funcionária
Isso me causou revolta fico pensando como será o tratamento que a dona dá a seus funcionários e o que eles passam ali
Eu passo em frente todos os dias mas não tenho mais coragem de entrar
Não foi uma boa experiência sinto muito dizer
The ice cream is good, attentive servers but a month ago I went to this place and I came across a scene that I will never forget.
A woman arrived in front of everyone demanding to be attended to first (the place was full) and started to treat an employee and treat her like GARBAGE, and when my wife and I were attended to came the worst part.. the owner of the establishment came and started laughing with the woman and was acting like she was right instead of defending her employee
This caused me revolt and I keep thinking about the treatment that the owner gives to her employees and what they go through there
I move on every day but I don't have the courage to enter anymore
It wasn't a good experience I'm sorry to say

Cordial and helpful crew and the place is design for improved accessibility!
No steps on most of the salon floor and an elevator for wheelchairs and senior citizens at the entrance. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
