★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Confirmou pelo telefone que faria o procedimento pelo Plano Odontológico porém ao consultório, o dentista falou que só faria pelo Particular. Não recomendo.
Terrible. He confirmed over the phone that he would do the procedure through the Dental Plan but at the office, the dentist said he would only do it for the Private. I do not recommend.

Excelentes!!!!!!
I did several procedures about 6 years ago and I will go back to check the others I have to do. I never had any problems, on the contrary I highly recommend Dr. Joao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima a minha experiência. O dentista é grosso, tenta te empurrar serviço particular. Num determinado momento o caninho que suga saliva caiu no chão e ele colocou de volta na minha boca sem trocar nem nada. O PIOR DENTISTA que conheci, deveria ser caçado
My experience was terrible. The dentist is thick, tries to push you to private service. At a certain moment the saliva-sucking tube fell to the floor and he put it back in my mouth without changing or anything. THE WORST DENTIST I knew should be hunted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respeitam horário: Atraso de 30m , quando entrei na sala do dentista fui informada que o procedimento que eu iria fazer teria que ser no particular (detalhe: eu liguei antes para saber se atendiam meu plano e a resposta foi sim!), eu disse que não faria o procedimento e agradeci. O dentista disse que iria me cobrar uma consulta, mesmo sem ter feito nada. Clinica sacana, enquanto eu esperava eles podiam ter visto que meu plano não cobria, mas me fizeram esperar 30m para depois tentarem me cobrar uma consulta. O dentista ainda disse o seguinte: eu gastei uma luva e um avental descartável e por isso acho que a cobrança é devida!
They do not respect time: 30m delay, when I entered the dentist's room I was informed that the procedure that I was going to do would have to be in private (detail: I called earlier to find out if they met my plan and the answer was yes!), I said that I wouldn't do the procedure and I thanked him. The dentist said he would charge me for an appointment, even though he hadn't done anything. Clinica sacana, while I waited they could have seen that my plan did not cover, but they made me wait 30m before trying to charge me for an appointment. The dentist also said the following: I spent a glove and a disposable apron and that's why I think the charge is due!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente da clínica há mais de 7 anos. Acho o atendimento maravilhoso, bem educados e trabalham muito bem. Inclusive minha família toda eh cliente desta clinica e não temos nada a reclamar.
I have been a patient at the clinic for over 7 years. I find the service wonderful, well educated and work very well. Even my whole family is a client of this clinic and we have nothing to complain about.
