★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuja dessa empresa. Atendimento ao cliente deixa muito a desejar. Vendem e depois não cumprem prazos nem o resultado que venderam a preços exorbitantes. Fechei o serviço em uma urgência e jamais voltaria a fazer qualquer serviço com eles.
 Run away from this company. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They sell and then don't meet deadlines or the result they sold at exorbitant prices. I closed the service in an emergency and would never do any service with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sugiro. Pedi orçamento, me cobraram 50 reais a visita (até aí ok), o técnico não conseguiu arrumar a cortina, então combinamos dele levar, verificar o problema e passarem orçamento. Depois de dias cobrando, me passaram orçamento de 600reais para arrumar o comando da cortina. Fui checar na internet para pesquisar o preço, valor até 100 reais e 300reais cortina com controle remoto. Perguntei a assistente o por que de 600 reais e ela me disse que trabalham com material de primeira. Pedi para devolverem a cortina, me cobraram mais 50 reais (visita técnico), me deram uma canseira de dias, não me deixaram retirar, paguei antecipado os 100reais e acabaram me mandando as cortinas por motoboy pq insisti muito. Por fim, contratei profissionais elogiaveis que me cobraram 190reais e arrumaram 2 cortinas minhas. Não vou brigar pelos 100reais, mas me vi na obrigação de informar o que passei para que outras pessoas não passem pela mesma situação.

I asked for a quote, they charged me 50 reais for the visit (so far ok), the technician was unable to straighten the curtain, so we arranged for him to take it, check the problem and pass the budget. After days of charging, they gave me a budget of 600 reais to fix the curtain command. I checked on the internet to research the price, value up to 100 reais and 300 reais with a remote control curtain. I asked the assistant why 600 reais and she told me they work with first-rate material. I asked them to return the curtain, they charged me another 50 reais (technical visit), they gave me a day's fatigue, they didn't let me take it back, I paid the 100 reais in advance and they ended up sending me the curtains by motoboy because I insisted a lot. Finally, I hired commendable professionals who charged me 190 reais and fixed 2 of my curtains. I'm not going to fight for 100 reais, but I felt obliged to report what I went through so that other people don't go through the same situation.
