★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ocorreu total falta de comunicação e respeito neste serviço, fiz o exame psicotécnico na quarta e só me informaram no TERMINO da prova que está ocorrendo um erro na biometria da psicóloga, não escolham está clinica, pois se ocorrer algum erro vão te avisar na última hora.
O sistema do Detran é realmente um dos piores, são outros imcompetentes, mas eles como prestadores de um serviço tem que nos informar no início que a psicóloga está tendo esse problema, pra estarmos ciente desse desserviço, de ter que ficar ligando, atrasando nossas aulas na autoescola, gastando dinheiro de passagem pra ir lá fazer a biometria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vc marca um horario mas é atendido depois de 2 horas , alegam que foi a troca do sistema do detran para a renovaçao da cnh de 5 anos pra 10 anos .que eu saiba o sistema é online e nada impede uma coisa a outra ! se preparem pra esperar na sala .

Marquei meu exame psicotécnico e de aptidão física para as 8:20, quando estava a caminho recebi a ligação da clínica avisando que foi remarcado para 11:30h, depois quando estava indo novamente liguei antes, ai já deram outro horário de 12:30h, cheguei 12h e eatou sentado até agora as 13:21h do lado de fora no calor péssimo tratamento ao cliente

Meu horário tá marcado pra 09:15 De hoje 28/06 .
A pessoa que me atendeu disse que eu tinha que remarca em outra parti de quarta feira pós a médica não estava em Belém porque perdeu o horário do avião é vai chega só amanhã.
É eu teria que marca em outro luga porque lá só faz o médico é o psicotécnico ele ia marca pra outra data ainda,eu nem moro em Belém se tá marcado no sistema é pra fazer tudo no msm dia .
