★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente,fiz uma consulta com a Dra Ana Paula, passei por uma endoscopia digestiva alta, ela avaliou um exame clister opaco, não feito por lá ,mais me deu todas as explicações necessárias,sobre o problema intestinal. Passaram 5 anos,mesmo meu convênio não sendo da clínica ,vou voltar. Preciso urgente passar por uma endoscopia ,e lá encontrei competência. Ótima profissional!
Excellent, I made an appointment with Dr. Ana Paula, I had an endoscopy, she assessed an examination enema opaque, not done there, plus gave me all the necessary explanations on the intestinal problem. Spent five years, even my covenant not in the clinic, I will return. Urgent need to undergo an endoscopy, and there I found competence. Great professional!

Cheguei morrendo de medo de fazer o exame de endoscopia e não senti nada, acabou muito rapidinho e a sedação foi muito tranquila.
Muito obrigada a toda equipe e em especial a Dra Ana Paula que foi quem fez meu exame.

Simply wonderful team, I was very well treated and welcomed.
I arrived terrified of having the endoscopy exam and I didn't feel anything, it ended very quickly and the sedation was very calm.
Many thanks to the entire team and especially Dr Ana Paula who did my exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao muito agradavel, eu tinha marcado um exame e em linha com atendente, mandei a guia do exame e a foto da carteirinha ela me confirmou que estava tudo certo e que aceitava meu plano, entao fui no dia marcado realizar o exame, e fui informada que nao aceitava o plano! Bom, perdi dia de servico, tive gasto com locomocao, fiquei de dieta, fiquei um certo tempo aguardando e fiquei constrangida, pois ali na hora de entrar e realizar o exame, fui informada q nao poderia fazer pois nao aceitava o plano! Estou aki esclarecendo, que, a idignacao nao foi por nao aceitar meu plano, e sim por ter me sentindo enganada, pois eu mandei foto da carteirinha e da guia, e me foi dito que estava tudo certo, e na hora fui impedida de fazer!
Not very pleasant, I had scheduled an exam and, in line with the attendant, I sent the exam guide and the photo of the card, she confirmed that everything was fine and that she accepted my plan, so I went for the exam on the scheduled day, and I was informed who did not accept the plan! Well, I lost a day of work, I had to spend on commuting, I was on a diet, I was waiting for a while and I was embarrassed, because when I went in and took the exam, I was informed that I couldn't do it because I didn't accept the plan! I am here clarifying that the indignation was not for not accepting my plan, but for feeling cheated, as I sent a photo of the card and guide, and was told that everything was fine, and at the time I was prevented from doing it !
