★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei consulta com cardiologista pra mais de um mês para frente ("disponibilidade mais próxima" no convênio). No dia da consulta remarcam faltando menos de uma hora pro atendimento. No dia remarcado, estando no horário marcado me informam que o meu convênio não é aceito, mesmo tendo confirmado previamente com atendente sobre meu plano de saúde.
É muita falta de respeito.
Acabei tendo que pagar a consulta do bolso para não ter que esperar mais 30 dias por outra consulta em outro médico.
 I made an appointment with a cardiologist for more than a month ahead ("closest availability" in the health insurance). On the day of the consultation, they reschedule with less than an hour to attend. On the rescheduled day, being at the scheduled time, they inform me that my health insurance is not accepted, even having previously confirmed with the attendant about my health plan.
It's very lack of respect.
I ended up having to pay for the appointment out of pocket so I wouldn't have to wait another 30 days for another appointment at another doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles só deixam um aparelho de ar condicionado ligado que não dá conta de esfriar o ambiente, então se quiser esperar para ser atendido num forno esse é o lugar.
They just leave an air conditioner on that can't cool the room, so if you want to wait to be served in an oven, this is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do atendimento dessa clínica, tanto da recepção como dos médicos. São atenciosos demais. Estão em reforma, ampliando, tem um espaço verde cheio de plantas, com muita paz e tranquilidade, amei recomendo demais!
I really like the service at this clinic, both from the reception and from the doctors. They are too thoughtful. They are under renovation, expanding, they have a green space full of plants, with a lot of peace and tranquility, I loved it, I recommend it a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um endocrinologista Dr Lúcio, eles desmarcaram pq disseram que ele não podia atender e iria marcar uma nova data. Já faz um mês e eles estão me evitando até por telefone. Puro preconceito. Escolhem a quem atendem. Vergonha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é desconfortável, Ar-condicionado pouco eficiente + teto baixo e mesmo com poucas pessoas o ambiente fica quente ao ponto de causar cefaleia enquanto esperamos atendimento. Tá tentando ligar e ninguém atende? Normal por aqui, geralmente ouvimos o telefone tocar até cair sem que ninguém atenda, mas ligue mais 5 ou 6 vezes, aqui o lema é insistência e não eficiência. Só ganha 2 estrelas pelo atendimento dos médicos, em geral jovens e dispostos a atender bem, único motivo pelo qual essa clínica ainda existe.
The environment is uncomfortable, air conditioning inefficient + low ceiling and even with few people the environment is hot to the point of causing headaches while we wait for assistance. Are you trying to call and no one answers? Normal around here, we usually hear the phone ring until it drops without anyone answering, but call 5 or 6 more times, here the motto is insistence and not efficiency. It only earns 2 stars for the care provided by doctors, who are generally young and willing to provide good care, which is the only reason this clinic still exists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazem mais de 1 mês mês tento marcar consulta. Peço opções, inclusive são pra março, mas a atendente que fica no whats só manda dia e hora. E detalhe: são mais de 1 dia pra dar uma palavra. Terrível esse tipo de atendimento, não sei é devido ao credenciamento ou seja lá o que for.
I've been trying to make an appointment for over a month now. I ask for options, they are even for March, but the attendant who is on whats only sends the day and time. And detail: it's more than 1 day to give a word. This type of service is terrible, I don't know it's due to accreditation or whatever.
