★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom e dentro do esperado,com relação ao exame de endoscopia não vi absolutamente nada,pois eu apaguei,mas o pós exame super tranquilo e sem nenhum tipo de incômodo decorrente do procedimento!

A enfermeira que auxilia no exame, muito mal educada, ao ser questionada do por que o paciente não poderia ser acompanhado no ato do exame, foi muito grosseira e ainda disse que eu estava mentindo, pois eu disse que em outra clínica acompanhei minha mãe no exame. Pois ela disse que ela é da área de saúde e que eu nao, e eu estava mentindo, pois em nenhum lugar deixam acompanhantes entrar com o paciente na sala de exame. Péssimo atendimento. Nunca mais venho aqui. E e porque é uma clínica particular... A pessoa ter que pagar pra ter um atendimento desses...nunca mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui fazer meu exame de endoscopia... recepcionistas com cara de quem quer perder o emprego...terminei o exame bem sonolenta e uma das funcionárias mandou eu ter pressa para me levantar porque iria fechar a clínica ....nunca vi isso até hoje...que falta de respeito....eu pago caro meu plano de saúde...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida na Endogastro. Consulta com horário marcado e clínica organizada. No exame de endocospia não senti nenhum desconforto e a enfermeira auxiliar muito atenciosa, me fez esquecer o medo que estava sentindo. Super recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra saber se podia receber mi ha mãe numa maca que ela ia de ambulância, a atendente foi super grossa duzendo que nao tem estrutura pra receber, mesmo eu explicando ao chegar lá ela poderia ficar numa cadeira de rodas... muito mal educada!
I called to see if I could receive my mother on a stretcher that she was taking by ambulance, the attendant was super rude, implying that she doesn't have the structure to receive, even though I explained when I got there she could be in a wheelchair... very rude!
