Estacionamento fácil e com um preço razoável, porém, o cliente é obrigado a caminhar, sujeito a pegar chuva, até o outro Bloco para efetuar o pagamento do estacionamento pois o Caixa de Pagamento de Estacionamento de todo o Complexo é único. Leve guarda-chuvas.

Minha mãe de 85 anos, obesa e mobilidade reduzida, esperou por 02 hs na recepção desta clínica e não foi atendida pela oftalmologista Eliane Rietra Dias Couto CRMMG 28864, mesmo estando com consulta agendada, apresentando na recepção antes do horário marcado e a médica citada presente no local.
Total falta de respeito e organização.
Terrible attendance. My 85-year-old mother, obese and with reduced mobility, waited for 2 hours at the reception of this clinic and was not attended by the ophthalmologist Eliane Rietra Dias Couto CRMMG 28864, even with an appointment scheduled, presenting at the reception before the scheduled time and the mentioned doctor present on site.
Total lack of respect and organization.

A atendente ja veio logo me mandando ligar depois para ajudar ela ? como assim depois de semanas tentando falar lá quando consigo ela vem com essa, mas bem continuei. Logo depois ela me vem e me fala que nunca ouviu falar do Plano Absoluto III da Unimed um coletivo empresarial. Logo em seguida ela vira arrogantemente para mim e diz assim, ah você aguarda aí que nao sei oq colocou o telefone na mesa e me deixou lá ! Eu pacientemente aguardei e assim que ela voltou disse a ela que não queria mais a marcação pois o atendimento dela estava completamente errado e inadequado para tal cargo. Enfim se você não está satisfeito com o seu emprego, saia e procure algo que te faça feliz. Sou Trabalhador e estou ligando porque preciso de atendimento médico e estou PAGANDO. Não é um favor ! No mais Não vou aí nunca.

Soon after she comes to me and tells me that she has never heard of Unimed's Absolute Plan III, a corporate collective. Right after that she turns arrogantly to me and says like this, oh you wait there, I don't know what you put your phone on the table and left me there! I patiently waited and as soon as she returned I told her that I no longer wanted the appointment because her attendance was completely wrong and inadequate for such a position. Anyway if you are not satisfied with your job, go out and look for something that makes you happy. I'm a worker and I'm calling because I need medical attention and I'm PAYING. It's not a favor! No more I will never go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta para mim e minha mãe, perguntei a funcionária o valor ela me deu um (R$ 300,00), depois de fazer todos os exames (que não foram poucos e baratos), e minha mãe vir de outra cidade, chegamos lá, fomos surpreendidas com o valor de R$ 800,00!! A atendente não se deu o trabalho de resolver! Péssimo atendimento!

Fui atendida no horário, por Dr. Otávio Rietra Dias, (Ginecologista e obstetra) um exelente profissional, educado, atencioso, muito atualizado. Fiquei muito satisfeita com atendimento da clínica no geral. Recomendo.
Beautiful clinic, clean, comfortable environment, with very good architectural taste. Great service. By phone, all very polite, the receptionist Shirley is very polite and helpful. I was attended on time by Dr. Otávio Rietra Dias, (Gynecologist and obstetrician), an excellent professional, polite, attentive, very up-to-date. I was very satisfied with the clinic's care in general. I recommend.
