★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela porque não da para dar zero, a organização da clinica é péssima, meu esposo foi hoje pois tinha uma consulta agendada para as 16:10h, inclusive esta anotado em um papelzinho que a recepcionista deu para ele, mas quando chegou lá o médico havia ido embora, pois a "inteligente " da recepcionista nao colocou na agenda, aí o endocrinologista medico, que na minha opinião deveria cumprir o horário, havia ido embora. ISSO É UM DESCASO, CLÍNICA PÉSSIMA.

THIS IS A BREAKTHROUGH, BAD CLINIC.

Muita falta de respeito com todos que ali estavam!!!!
Eu e minha esposa fomos para a Consulta que estava agendado para 20/09/2021 as 15:40 com o JONATHAN HOMERO - DERMATO- PSIQUIATRA, Local: CLIMEF SUZANO, as atendentes são educadas mas em contrapartida se mostram sem ter um treinamento para exercerem o trabalho do qual deveria ser providenciado pela empresa uma vez que me parece ter alguns anos e estar estabelecida, quanto ao medico que sito acima além de demorar mais de 50 minutos por paciente onde eu e minha esposa esperamos por mais de 1h e 30m e só vi ele atender 2 pessoas sendo que quando a ultima saiu do consultório por volta de 16:55 e estavam em 4 pessoas o Dr. JONATHAN HOMERO se é que possa disser ser um profissional da área começou a discutir com as recepcionistas por terem tantos pacientes e que ele só atendia ate as 17:00, não satisfeito além de faltar com respeito com as recepcionistas também faltou com os pacientes quase começando um escândalo, pois o Dr. saiu e foi falar com os últimos que haviam saídos do consultório e disse para eles irem indo que ele ainda teria que atender mais 10 pacientes e também disse como se não tinha o que fazer uma vez que já estavam lá, fazer oque, como ele disse e para completar falou que ia fumar e saiu da frente da clinica deixando todos a sua espera para fumar no farol, e ainda uma das pacientes era uma menina cadeirante e que apresentava dificuldades, pois isso não é um ser humano!!!!
Na minha opinião a Clinica também e responsável por contratar ou fazer parcerias com supostos profissionais sem qualidade, responsabilidade, educação e muito menos qualquer respeito para como os pacientes.
Espero que a Climef de Suzano tome atitudes urgentes para que isso não se repita e que esse suposto Dr. JONATHAN HOMERO volte a estudar e aprenda a ter mais respeito com o próximo.

My wife and I went to the Consultation that was scheduled for 09/20/2021 at 15:40 with JONATHAN HOMERO - DERMATO - PSYCHIATRA, Location: CLIMEF SUZANO, the attendants are polite but, on the other hand, show themselves without training to exercise the work that should be provided by the company since it seems to me to be a few years old and established, as for the doctor above, besides taking more than 50 minutes per patient where my wife and I wait for more than 1h and 30m and only I saw him attend 2 people and when the last one left the office around 4:55 pm and there were 4 people, Dr. JONATHAN HOMERO, if you can say he is a professional in the area, began to argue with the receptionists because they had so many patients and that he only attended until 5:00 pm, not satisfied, besides being disrespectful to the receptionists, he also failed with the patients, almost starting a scandal, because the Dr. left and went to talk to the last ones who had left the office. he told them to go that he would still have to see 10 more patients and he also said as if he had nothing to do since they were already there, do what, as he said and to complete he said he was going to smoke and left the front of the clinic leaving everyone waiting to smoke at the lighthouse, and one of the patients was a girl in a wheelchair and who had difficulties, as this is not a human being!!!!
In my opinion, the Clinic is also responsible for hiring or partnering with supposed professionals without quality, responsibility, education and much less any respect for the patients.
I hope Suzano's Climef takes urgent action so that this does not happen again and that this supposed Dr. JONATHAN HOMERO goes back to studying and learns to have more respect for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível que experiencia ruim, as moças que trabalham lá são legai mais parece que não foram treinadas para exercer aquela função por isso ficam perdidas, não sabem nem fazer um cadastro ficam jogando no colo da outra para resolver até tentam mais se perdem, o medico mal educado, o ambiente sujo e você não vê ninguém limpando... não recomendo. O medico é um mal educado e faltou com respeito com as atendentes e com todos que ali estavam ainda mais não nos deu satisfação e saiu e foi fumar por que ele só atende até as 17:00 horas sendo que ele passou 1:40 para atender apenas 1 paciente. Eu e meu marido nos sentimos desrespeitados com a falta de profissionalismo do médico e a falta de educaçâo dele, uma vergonha um profissional como este não ter postura, o nome dele é Doutor Jonathan Homero esta longe de ser um medico de respeito e profissionalismo, na minha opinião deveria ficar em casa cuidando do extresse dele msm pq para atender pessoas nao dá pois falta paciência para ele.

I don't recommend it. Já a Dra. Scheila, dermatologista foi bem grossa por duas vezes , ela chega atrasada para o atendimento afinal ela é dermatologista né ? tem esse direito!
Ela abriu um exame que ela mesma pediu e disse “ACHO que é vitiligo” isso porque ela tinha um exame de sangue na mão, ela está sabendo legal das manchinhas não é mesmo!?
Mas quero acreditar que ela estava em um dia BEM ruim, apesar que isso aconteceu duas vezes, então quero acreditar que dei azar de ser atendido por ela em dois dias BEM maus!
Pessoal da clínica é top mas a profissional em questão tem 2 problemas , falta de educação e não consegue ler um exame com exatidão!
Sucesso Dra. E Melhora viu vai fazer bem pra senhora mesmo, e todos a sua volta !

Dr. Scheila, a dermatologist, was very rude twice, she arrives late for the appointment, after all, she is a dermatologist, right ? she has this right!
She opened a test she asked for and said “I THINK it's vitiligo” that's because she had a blood test in her hand, she's cool with the spots, right!?
But I want to believe that she was having a VERY bad day, even though it happened twice, so I want to believe that I was unlucky to be seen by her on two VERY bad days!
The clinic staff is top but the professional in question has 2 problems, lack of education and cannot read an exam accurately!
Dr. E Melhora's success will be good for you, and for everyone around you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei com a ginecologista hoje. Quando liguei pra marcar,as atendentes disseram que ela colhia o papanicolau. Então sai de Itaquaquecetuba e fui para Suzano.
No final a consulta durou um minuto. Tempo suficiente pra ela passar exames de rotina padrão, muitos que eu fiz 15 dias atrás e falei pra ela. Mesmo assim foram todos repassados com o adendo que não precisaria fazer os que tenho. Ela não colheu o papanicolau ( marquei lá pra isso). Foi PÉSSIMO O ATENDIMENTO! ( mesmo sabendo que a médica é boa)! Pra mim, de nada valeu! Vou esperar a agenda do ginecologista do posto de saúde ano que vem! Resumindo: dinheiro jogado no lixo!
A experiência foi tão ruim, que eu não bebo e estou no bar tomando uma!
I went with the gynecologist today. When I called to make an appointment, the attendants said she was getting the Pap smear. So I left Itaquaquecetuba and went to Suzano.
In the end, the consultation lasted a minute. Enough time for her to pass standard routine exams, many that I took 15 days ago and told her about. Even so, they were all passed along with the addendum that I wouldn't need to do the ones I have. She didn't get the Pap smear (I made an appointment for that). THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! (even though the doctor is good)! For me, it was of no use! I'll wait for the gynecologist's schedule at the health post next year! In short: money thrown in the trash!
The experience was so bad, I don't drink and I'm at the bar having one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borá começar pelo item 1local péssima instalações aliás não há instalações naquele lugar péssimo 2 recepcão bem educadas gentil e prestativas atendimento normal 3 médico totalmente um morto vivo atendimento bem pior que hospital público aliás se eu tivesse ido no hospital público seria muito mais viável Dr Ismael neto péssimo profissional e tipo médico vidente não examina e só de falar ele advinha oque o paciente tem bom para não ficar aqui perdendo tempo só tenho a dizer não vá nesta clínica e perca de tempo pois atendimento médico e péssimo médico preguiçoso e vidente melhor ir no público mesmo obs recepção parabéns pelo atendimento pelo menos vocês se salvam .
