★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na recepção e por telefone! Os médicos são ótimos, atenciosos, porém a recepção já não posso dizer o mesmo. Tentei marcar a revisão como uma nova consulta porque já tinha passado os 15 dias por conta do resultado dos exames que demorou. A recepção disse que só tinha duas vagas para neurologista e que eu só poderia marcar dia 06/03, sendo que ia ia levar um mês para aventurar uma marcação que não tinha certeza se ia conseguir é pra sei lá quando que ia ter data. Porque nem isso ele soube me dizer. Tive que marcar uma consulta em outra clínica só para levar o resultado do exame.
Bad service at reception and by phone! The doctors are great, attentive, but the reception can no longer say the same. I tried to mark the review as a new appointment because it had already passed the 15 days because of the results of the exams it took. The reception said that I only had two vacancies for a neurologist and that I could only book on March 6, and it was going to take a month to venture an appointment that I wasn't sure if I would be able to do, I don't know when there was going to be a date. Because even he didn't know how to tell me. I had to make an appointment at another clinic just to take the test result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dou uma estrela porque não tem como dar zeeeero. 8 atendentes, sentados em duplas, batendo papo, comendo Chips, 24 minutos até deram 2 dois pacientes. Eu tinha senha preferencial. Teve que questionar a demora. A atendente me c diz que a oftalmologista não tinha uma lâmpada para revisar meu olho. Kkkkk ... Meu Deus. Pré-histórico.
I give a star because there's no way to give zeeeero. 8 attendants, sitting in pairs, chatting, eating Chips, 24 minutes until they gave 2 patients. I had preferred password. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente péssimo! A pessoa marca horário, quando chega pega senha e ainda assim a chamada é aleatória. Peguei a ficha 142 e estava na 141, demoraram uma hora para chamar o 142, mas várias outras senhas já tinham sido chamadas. Sistema horrível e desorganizado, um desrespeito.
Simply awful! The person makes an appointment, when he arrives he gets a password and even so the call is random. I got the card 142 and I was on 141, it took an hour to call 142, but several other passwords had already been called. Horrible and disorganized system, disrespectful.

Porém o atendimento do médico é excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha avó para realizar um exame e fui não fui bem atendido, além de ser um ambiente feio é desorganizado, a clinica não tem funcionários que saibam prestar um atendimento, não existe humanização nessa clinica, os funcionários circular no local com roupas que demonstram desleixo .
