★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos são ótimos. Mas o telefone e whatsapp são praticamente inúteis. Melhor ir lá pessoalmente para tentar agendar exames e consultas.
 Doctors are great. But the phone and whatsapp are practically useless. Better to go there in person to try to schedule exams and appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na primeira recepção parece que te fazem favor. Perguntas algo básico, tipo "qual consultório a dra está atendendo?" Isso pq existem 24 consultórios e tentamos sempre sentar mais próximo para ouvir as chamadas. Atendente responde "aguarde nesse salão que vão te chamar pelo nome". Deus te livre perguntares quantos pacientes tem na sua frente. Percebo que a recepção do andar superior é mais simpática. Mas a do térreo, os dois rapazes que ficam ali então parece que te fazem favor. E da vez que fui a consulta e na saída a médica perguntou "você não deixou as guias? Se não deixar nós não recebemos!". Eu lhes pergunto, como que você passa pela triagem, pega senha, pela recepção pra check-in, dar entrada e não fazem o que se deve para receberem pelo pagamento.
Pensei que fosse um problema atipico, daquele dia apenas. Mas pelo que vi a clínica peca em atendimento, recepção e logística de funcionamento. Devo frizar que conseguir com que atendam sua ligação é ouro e quando atendem não espere boa cordialidade. Não recomendo e não volto, fui 3x pra nunca mais. Ah, devo comentar que o que tinha salvado as idas foram os atendimento dos médicos, no mais tem muito que se melhorar.
Attendance at the first reception seems to be doing you a favor. Basic questions like "Which office is Dr. working?" That's because there are 24 offices and we always try to sit closer to listen to calls. Attendant answers "wait in this room and they will call you by name". God forbid you ask how many patients you have in front of you. I notice the reception upstairs is friendlier. But the one on the ground floor, the two boys who are there so it seems like they're doing you a favor. And the time I went to the appointment and on the way out, the doctor asked "didn't you leave the guides? If you don't, we won't receive!". I ask them, how do you go through the screening, get the password, through the reception to check-in, check in and don't do what you have to do to get paid.
I thought it was an unusual problem, for that day only. But from what I saw, the clinic lacks in service, reception and operating logistics. I must emphasize that getting your call to be answered is golden and when they do, don't expect good cordiality. I don't recommend it and I won't come back, I went 3x never again. Ah, I must comment that what had saved the trips were the doctors' care, but there is still much to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos bons porém o atendimento da recepção por telefone é péssimo!!!! Não respondem no whats app e quando fazem são desaforados. Clínica poderia ser melhor se treinasse adequadamente seus receptionistas.
Good doctors but the reception service by phone is terrible!!!! They don't answer on whats app and when they do they are rude. Clinic could be better if it properly trained its receptionists.

Terrible. 10 minutes on foot at the entrance to be pre-serviced. Then I waited another 30 minutes for the attendant to ask me the same questions I had already answered. Detail: the clinic was empty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimoooo, cheguei para ser atendida conforme o agendamento feito por ligação e para minha surpresa no sistema não constava minha consulta agendada. Então tive que mostrar meu celular com a ligação feita no dia para comprovar que eu havia agendamento, enfim me incluíram como encaixe e para piorar tive que esperar mais de 2h para ser atendida.
Terribly bad, I arrived to be attended to as scheduled by call and to my surprise the system did not show my scheduled appointment. So I had to show my cell phone with the call made on the day to prove that I had an appointment, finally they included me as a slot and to make matters worse I had to wait more than 2 hours to be answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, estou desde janeiro/22 que tento uma consulta com endocrinologista, já agendei 3 x. A médica atrasa + de 2 horas, muda de horário sem avisar e falta, só avisa depois de quase 1hora de atraso. Uma tremenda falta de respeito.
Very bad, I've been trying to see an endocrinologist since January/22, I've already scheduled 3 times. The doctor is more than 2 hours late, changes hours without warning and is absent, only warns after almost 1 hour of delay. A tremendous lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica Consaúde conta com médicos qualificados e muitas especialidades, porém os canais de atendimento são muito ruins, existe uma demora em responder o whatsapp, cerca de 6 horas pra dar uma informação, qdo tentamos pela linha convencional, chama e ninguém atende. Qdo algum médico não pode atender, avisam os pacientes em cima da hora, ou pior, nem avisam. A clínica precisa melhorar esse atendimento ao público.
The Consaúde clinic has qualified doctors and many specialties, but the service channels are very bad, there is a delay in responding to whatsapp, about 6 hours to give information, when we try to use the conventional line, they call and no one answers. When a doctor cannot attend, they warn patients at the last minute, or worse, they don't even warn them. The clinic needs to improve this service to the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mae foi à consulta com a Dermatologista Brena que realizou excisão do que ela chamou de "tumor". Com a evolução da ferida, surgiram outras lesões locais, mamãe marcou um retorno e mesmo assim a senhora médica COBROU a consulta e nao examinou as novas queixas de mamãe(já que havia pagado por ela). Não recomendo de jeito algum..sou médica e o retorno NAO DEVE SER COBRADO. Cabe denuncia ao conselho.
My mother went to see Dermatologist Brena who performed excision of what she called a "tumor". With the evolution of the wound, other local lesions appeared, mother scheduled a return and even so the doctor CHARGED for the consultation and did not examine the new complaints of mother (since she had paid for her). I don't recommend it at all..I'm a doctor and the return SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED. Complaint to the council.
