★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá e a entrega está atrasadíssima, não me dão retorno, sequer estipulam uma data de entrega. Atrasei o evento de inauguração devido a incompetência dessa loja.
Jamais voltaria a fazer negócios com ela, o valor do sofá já foi integralmente pago e ainda nem vi a cor dele ou sei quando ele vai chegar.
I bought a sofa and the delivery is very late, they don't give me a return, they don't even set a delivery date. I delayed the opening event due to the incompetence of this store.
I would never do business with her again, the price of the sofa has already been paid in full and I haven't even seen its color or know when it will arrive.

Já tentei solucionar o problema com a loja mas não consegui até agora. Além de que, descobri que o mesmo veio sem o forro debaixo, que até propiciou a verificação do problema, pois o pó caiu no chão e deu para ver o problema.
At first, I was satisfied, but after just over a year, one of the sofas I bought came up with a bug in the wood. I've tried to solve the problem with the store but I haven't been able to do so far. Besides, I found out that it came without the lining underneath, which even provided verification of the problem, as the dust fell on the floor and I could see the problem.
