★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na recepção primeiro a máquina da senha na sai, o que ocasionou que atendente pediu para sentar e depois passa outras pessoas que chegou depois na frente, as recepcionistas ficam no computador sem chamar e quando você pergunta pede para aguardar. Não indico essa clínica.
 Poor service at the reception first the password machine at the exit, which caused the attendant to ask to sit and then pass other people who arrived at the front, the receptionists stay at the computer without calling and when you ask, ask to wait. I do not recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tive boas experiencias com os fisioterapeutas, porem a parte Administrativa da Clínica está mais comprometida com a burocracia do que com a saúde dos pacientes. Fui impedida de fazer a sessão por não apresentar a via impressa de um pedido médico que já havia sido encaminhado digitalizado, foi liberado pelo convênio. Em plena pandemia, século XXI, com tudo feito digitalmente, simplesmente não dá para entender essa falta de flexibilidade e sensibilidade.
I have always had good experiences with physiotherapists, but the Administrative part of the Clinic is more committed to bureaucracy than to the health of patients. I was prevented from doing the session for not presenting the printed copy of a medical request that had already been forwarded digitized, was released by the health insurance. In the middle of a pandemic, the 21st century, with everything done digitally, we simply cannot understand this lack of flexibility and sensitivity.

Fiz consulta com Dr Carlos e fiz varias sessões de fisioterapia, tanto de manhã quanto no fim da tarde e TODOS da equipe estão de parabéns!
Também fui muito bem atendida na recepção.
A estrutura é muito boa, possui senha e vc não espera muito para ser atendido. Estacionamento no local com manobrista que também é super simpático.
Agradeço a todos pela ótima recepção e organização!

I made an appointment with Dr Carlos and had several physiotherapy sessions, both in the morning and in the late afternoon and congratulations to ALL of the team!
I was also very well attended at the reception.
The structure is very good, it has a password and you don't wait long to be served. On-site valet parking which is also super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é muito bonita, porém a parte administrativa deixa muito a desejar , não tem compromisso com a agenda , não avisam sobre a validade de guias , retiram horário da gente sem mesmo terminar as sessões, infelizmente tive que mudar de clínica por esses transtornos , a profissional dra Paula é excelente mas devido a falha na parte administrativa fiquei muito chateada .
The clinic is very beautiful, but the administrative part leaves a lot to be desired, there is no commitment to the agenda, they do not warn about the validity of guides, they take time away from us without even finishing the sessions, unfortunately I had to change clinics due to these inconveniences, the professional Dr Paula is excellent but due to the failure in the administrative part I was very upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Cotrel é a pior Clínica para se fazer fisioterapia na cidade. Infelizmente fiz todo o processo de autorizar minhas sessões de fisio pélvica para gestantes lá, e me arrependo muito. Não teve um dia sequer que o processo de pegar senha / ser atendida / liberar autorização demorasse menos de 15 minutos. A fisioterapeuta é ótima, mas a recepção é lenta e possui poucos funcionários. Hoje, 17/1, para piorar, esqueceram a chave da Clínica e entramos 7h15. São 7h30 e eu ainda não fui chamadapara minha sessão que é de 50 minutos, ou seja, não vale a pena assinar e pagar por uma sessão de menos da metade do tempo. Estou muito arrependida e decepcionada por estar passando por isso num momento em que minha gestação exige um tratamento adequado e "preferencial", algo que sequer existe na Clínica. Não recomendo.
Cotrel is the worst clinic for physical therapy in the city. Unfortunately I went through the whole process of authorizing my pelvic physio sessions for pregnant women there, and I regret it a lot. There was not a single day that the process of getting a password / being answered / releasing authorization took less than 15 minutes. The physical therapist is great, but reception is slow and understaffed. Today, 1/17, to make matters worse, they forgot the key to the Clinic and we entered at 7:15 am. It's 7:30 am and I still haven't been called for my session which is 50 minutes long, meaning it's not worth signing up and paying for a session of less than half the time. I am very sorry and disappointed to be going through this at a time when my pregnancy requires adequate and "preferential" treatment, something that doesn't even exist at the Clinic. I do not recommend.
