★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com minha mãe de 89 anos à esta clínica e fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. que cuidava do pequeno estacionamento em frente à clinica. Muuuuuito gentil e cuidadoso. As meninas da recepção foram ótimas!

 I went with my 89 year old mother to this clinic and we were very well received by Mr. who took care of the small parking lot in front of the clinic. Sooooo kind and careful. The girls at the reception were great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de excelência e corpo clínico altamente capacitado. Realizei duas cirurgias de joelho no hospital e só tenho elogios a fazer. Porém fiquei muito decepcionado e chateado pois não atendem mais o convênio médico que possuo.
Excellent service and highly trained clinical staff. I had two knee surgeries in the hospital and I have nothing but praise. But I was very disappointed and upset because they no longer meet the medical insurance I have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui extremamente bem atendido pelo médico, porém precisei solucionar uma divergência entre o Hospital e o convênio e foi onde a incapacidade do hospital apareceu, desligando "na cara" minhas ligações ou simplesmente não atendendo. Quando eu ligava de número diferente a ligação era atendida e assim que eu explicava o problema a pessoa já sabia meu nome, dizia que iria transferir, desligava e não atendia mais minhas ligações, para tentar solucionar e ser atendido. Tive que marcar outra consulta para conversar diretamente com o médico.
NÃO VÃO AO HOSPITAL ORTO!!!!
I was extremely well attended by the doctor, but I had to resolve a discrepancy between the Hospital and the insurance company and that's where the hospital's incapacity appeared, hanging up "in my face" or simply not answering. When I called from a different number, the call was answered and as soon as I explained the problem the person already knew my name, said they would transfer, hung up and no longer answered my calls, to try to solve and be answered. I had to make another appointment to talk directly to the doctor.
DO NOT GO TO THE ORTO HOSPITAL!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excelente. Fiz duas cirurgias nos ombros, uma em cada um, espaçadas e nos dois atendimentos fui muito bem atendido por todos. Desde a recepção, médicos, enfermaria e todos os serviços que me prestaram. Nada que desabone. Parabéns.

great. I had two shoulder surgeries, one in each, spaced apart and in both sessions I was very well attended by everyone. From the reception, doctors, infirmary and all the services they provided me. Nothing to disappoint. Congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido na recepção e na medicação, Dr. Daniel que me acompanha com meu problema no Joelho é muito bom prestativo! Só elogios, agora o pronto atendimento por parte de alguns médicos fica a desejar, pois em uma certa ocasião que fiquei com muita dor fui e levei exames da minha patologia, o Dr. Nem se quer olhou os exames e somente passou um relaxante muscular.

Desrespeito com o paciente que fica aguardando mais de 2hs para receber um retorno do ortopedista!!!
Meu filho machucou o pé na escola, levamos no Orto, foi atendido pelo ortopedista depois de 30 minutos, pediu RX, mais 15 minutos. Até aí, pensamos que o retorno com o médico seria rápido… ledo engano, o médico demorou 1:30hs para chamar pra atendimento.
A clínica estava vazia, as recepcionistas são lentas, quando perguntamos o porque da demora, pois estávamos sem almoçar, ouvimos a resposta de que “era assim mesmo” e tinha que aguardar o DR.
Minha vontade era levar meu filho em outro lugar e cancelar a consulta, só não fiz porque acreditei que elas resolveriam o problema e agilizariam o retorno, já que a clínica estava vazia.
Mas elas foram incompetentes até para fazer isto!!!
Não recomendo e não voltaremos nunca mais!!!!

Disrespect for the patient who is waiting more than 2 hours to receive a return from the orthopedist!!!
My son hurt his foot at school, we took him to the Ortho, he was seen by the orthopedist after 30 minutes, he asked for an X-ray, another 15 minutes. Until then, we thought that the return with the doctor would be quick... a mistake, the doctor took 1:30 hours to call for assistance.
The clinic was empty, the receptionists are slow, when we asked why the delay, as we were not having lunch, we heard the answer that “it was like that” and we had to wait for the DR.
My wish was to take my son somewhere else and cancel the appointment, I just didn't do it because I believed they would solve the problem and speed up the return, since the clinic was empty.
But they were incompetent even to do this!!!
I do not recommend and will never go back!!!!

Gostaria de realizar uma reclamação sobre o agendamento de consultas. Pois fazem 15 dias que estamos tentando agendar um retorno com o Dr Célio Vaz a pedido dele mesmo, para a minha mãe em relação a resultado de exame e nos informaram que a secretaria dele está com Covid19 e ninguém pode agendar (oq não esta correto, pois mesmo com o afastamento da mesma, as demais secretárias teriam que cobrir) e quando solicito para falar com a supervisora, informaram que ela está em Home Office, ou seja, ninguém consegue ajudar a solucionar essa questão. O convênio da minha mãe expira no final do mês e ela precisa URGENTEMENTE do relatório sobre sua coluna. Fico no aguardo de um retorno com urgência.

They have a great variety of ortopedic experts and they accept payment by money, credit and debit cards. Health insurance from different insurance companies. Their location is a prime location although most of the time the available parking is street parking or paid parking on the same block.
