(Marquei uma consulta na demartologista para um certo dia e no dia infelizmente a consulta foi cancelada, mas conseguiram marcar para a outra semana chegando nesta semana me avisaram que estavam com um problema de demanda e falaram para eu esperar um próximo agendamento da qual eu não tenho ideia de qual será o dia, sendo que eu já tinha entrado num tratamento para acne, já investir aproximadamente 200 reais numa consulta e os exames)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei um exame a domicílio com 5 dias de antecedência. Chega no dia, no horário e ninguém aparece. Já liguei várias vezes e só sabem me dizer que a pessoa que faz a coleta já saiu. Marquei as 09h da manhã e agora são 13h. Ninguém apareceu e até o telefonista não sabe me explicar nada. Absurdo e falta de respeito com o cliente.
I scheduled a home exam 5 days in advance. Arrives on the day, on time and nobody shows up. I've called several times and all they can tell me is that the person who collects it has already left. I made an appointment at 9 am and now it is 1 pm. Nobody showed up and even the operator couldn't explain anything to me. Absurdity and lack of respect for the customer.

Só não achei legal uma coisa, falaram que o laudo sairia com 30 minutos e mandariam para o nosso WhatsApp e não foi isso que aconteceu. Tive que ficar mandando mensagem cobrando, só mandaram no outro dia pq fiquei feito doida cobrando.
I took the covid test and was super welcomed by the professional. She was very patient. I just didn't think it was cool, they said that the report would come out in 30 minutes and they would send it to our WhatsApp and that's not what happened. I had to keep texting charging, they only sent it the other day because I went crazy charging.
