★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 18/05 negaram atendimento a minha esposa. Disseram que não podiam atender pois não era a região dela, e ela não portava comprovante de residência. O sus atende até estrangeiros mas na hora de uma unidade de saúde regional prestar o primeiro atendimento simplesmente te despacha com muitos risos na recepção apenas por não ser da região q mora.
Today, 18/05, my wife was denied care. They said that they could not attend because it was not her region, and she did not carry proof of residence. The sus serves even foreigners, but when a regional health unit provides the first service, it simply sends you away with a lot of laughter at the reception just because you are not from the region you live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre venho aqui procurar atendimento e só tenho a agradecer ,a presteza e comprometimento dos profissionais . Infelizmente nem tudo e culpa deles . Tudo que pode ser resolvido aqui eu consigo,mas espero no sisreg.
I always come here looking for assistance and I can only thank the professionals for their promptness and commitment. Unfortunately not everything is their fault. Everything that can be solved here I can, but I wait on sisreg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair da Clínica da Família (dia 31/3, às 11h), onde fui muito mal atendida.
Ontem fui atendida no Hospital Albert schweitzer, pois quebrei o dedo.
Recebi encaminhamento para a Clínica da Família para que me incluam no Sisreg para acompanhamento.
A atendente arranjou todas as desculpas e se recusou a fazer o atendimento
Primeiro, disse que não moro perto. Como moro na Coronel Vieira, essa desculpa foi anulada.
Depois, disse que não havia médico para me atender. Como eu disse que não queria ser atendida por um médico e, sim, ser incluída no SiSREG. Ela disse que não tinha também nenhum Enfermeiro.
Como eu disse que isso poderia ser realizado por um profissional administrativo, ela informou que todos estavam ocupados com a vacinação Covid.
E me disse para voltar amanhã, "pra ver se tem como" me incluir no Sisreg.
Ou seja, parece que uma Clinica da Família tão grande, não tem ninguém da área assistencial e, todos os administrativos estão ocupados com a vacinação.
É tão absurdanente irreal, que preferi não insistir na argumentação, pois percebi que realmente não queria me atender.
Mesmo não tendo nem 8 pessoas na recepção naquele momento. E cinco atendentes sentados, que não fizeram o básico, que é incluir uma pessoa no Sisreg, com o devido encaminhamento.
Eu tenho certeza que não é essa a orientação da Coordenação dessa Clínica.
Pois, sempre ouvi falar bem a respeito do atendimento.
Por isso, faço esse relato. Para que a postura de uma pessoa, em particular, não manche a boa reputação desse local.
Amanhã, retornarei. Desejo, profundamente, constatar que foi o posicionamento equivocado e isolado de uma unica pessoa.
E sair daí bem impressionada dessa vez.
I just left the Family Clinic (March 31, at 11 am), where I was very poorly attended.
Yesterday I was seen at Albert Schweitzer Hospital, because I broke my finger.
I received referral to the Family Clinic to be included in Sisreg for follow-up.
The attendant made all the excuses and refused to make the call
First, he said I don't live close by. As I live in Colonel Vieira, that excuse was canceled.
Then he said that there was no doctor to see me. As I said, I didn't want to be seen by a doctor, but wanted to be included in SiSREG. She said that she also had no nurse.
As I said that this could be done by an administrative professional, she informed that everyone was busy with the Covid vaccination.
And he told me to come back tomorrow, "to see if I can" include myself in Sisreg.
In other words, it seems that such a large Family Clinic, there is no one in the assistance area, and all administrative staff are busy with vaccination.
It is so absurdly unreal, that I preferred not to insist on the argument, because I realized that I really did not want to attend.
Even though there were not even 8 people at the reception at that time. And five seated attendants, who did not do the basics, which is to include a person in Sisreg, with the proper referral.
I am sure that this is not the orientation of the Coordination of this Clinic.
Well, I always heard well about the service.
Therefore, I make this report. So that the posture of a person, in particular, does not tarnish the good reputation of that place.
Tomorrow, I will return. I deeply wish to see that it was the wrong and isolated position of a single person.
And get out of there really impressed this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mt bem atendida pela recepcionista Amanda (inclusive me atendendo e dando toda assistência possivel ) e tbm pelo médico Dr. Lourenço...sempre tem uma ou outra funcionária que não merece uma avaliação mais 90% do atendimento por lá foi mt bom. Hoje dia 10/11/2021 só venho acrescentar uma observação: que tTODOS os atendimentos sejam sempre com atenção. Sei que nem tudo pode ser resolvido por atendentes ou os profissionais que la trabalham mais que Eles não tratem bem as pessoas algumas vezes e outras rantas tratem comi se não dependem de vcs pra nada...as vezes sinto discasssos em alguns momentos....Tem profissionais maravilhosos porém....Só pra reavaliar minha postagem. Obrigada
I was very well attended by the receptionist Amanda (including attending me and giving all possible assistance) and also by the doctor Dr. Lourenço...there's always one or another employee who doesn't deserve an evaluation but 90% of the service there was very good. Today, 11/10/2021, I just add one observation: that ALL calls are always attentive. I know that not everything can be solved by the attendants or the professionals who work there more than they do. They don't treat people well sometimes and other people treat me if they don't depend on you for anything...sometimes I feel disconsolate at times... .There are wonderful professionals, however.... Just to re-evaluate my post. Thanks

One of the best Family Clinics in the Region, super polite and attentive staff, everything very organized, whenever my wife and I needed it, we were welcomed, the staff and administration are to be congratulated.

I live in the South but I'm from Rio. I accompanied my aunt in her attendance at this clinic. I would like to record what I saw. A clean and organized place. Staff who attended me very well. I really liked the approach of Dr Lucas who was very attentive to my aunt, congratulations and my respect for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo fui muito mal tratada nessa clínica, já vi maus tratos de uma funcionária chamada Márcia, trata mal os pacientes , os idosos, eu já presenciei falta de paciência, descaso, tratando as pessoas como lixo e nega vacinas ,nega marcaçoes de consulta ( na primeira semana do mês) que é o certo fico pensando pq isso? Vou voltar lá essa semana, vamos ver como vou ser tratada , negou uma consulta para meu filho que tem problema respiratório minha mãe foi marcar pra mim como trabalho ela resolve uma moça disse que estava tudo certo pois ela se meteu e negou a marcação , foi um misto de raiva ,tristeza ,impotência e humilhação.
