Pessoas essas que não tem o mínimo de respeito e educação para trabalhar em uma unidade de saúde.
Totalmente desqualificados e desorganizados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRÍVEL! As pessoas que trabalham na clínica não tem o menor respeito com quem frequenta, já que não respeita o tempo de quem vai lá. Em todas as vezes que eu fui ao local por conta de vacina (vacinar a mim e acompanhar familiares), fiquei DUAS HORAS esperando a minha vez, sendo que o ato de vacinar em si não demora nem 5 minutos (e olha que, em algumas vezes, nem estava cheio!). Que descaso, que falta de senso e que falta de responsabilidade. As mulheres que ficam vacinando ficam de conversa, as da recepção não saem do celular e o povo que lute. Que falta de profissionalismo e que falta de respeito com o tempo alheio. Serviço horroroso, espero que todas lá saibam disso.
HORRIBLE! The people who work at the clinic do not have the slightest respect for those who attend, as they do not respect the time of those who go there. Every time I went to the place because of the vaccine (vaccinate myself and accompany family members), I spent TWO HOURS waiting for my turn, and the act of vaccinating itself doesn't take even 5 minutes (and look, in some sometimes it wasn't even full!). What a neglect, what a lack of sense and what a lack of responsibility. The women who are vaccinated keep talking, those at reception don't leave their cell phones and the people who fight. What a lack of professionalism and a lack of respect for other people's time. Horrible service, I hope everyone there knows that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não sei pra que tem telefone e WhatsApp nesse lugar se eles não atendem e visualiza a mensagem mas não responde, pra ser atendido ali só se for algo urgente e pessoalmente, ignorantes demais, não tem vontade de trabalhar, e acaba distratando os pacientes, horrível!
Terrible service, I don't know why there's a phone and WhatsApp in this place if they don't answer and see the message but don't respond, to be answered there only if it's something urgent and personally, too ignorant, they don't want to work, and ends up distracting the patients, horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora para atender os pacientes,até que alguns médicos são atenciosos com os Paciêntes . O único problema é o atendimento msm,as vezes fico 1 hora esperando ou mais para ser atendida. Dentista? Péssimo atendimento. Deveria ter GINECOLOGISTA tbm. Pq muitas mulheres precisam e não tem infelizmente.
It takes time to attend to patients, until some doctors are attentive to patients. The only problem is the service, sometimes I wait 1 hour or more to be served. Dentist? Terrible attendance. Should have a GYNECOLOGIST too. Because many women need it and unfortunately don't have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito bom, os caras da portaria que fazem a triagem são gentis e receptivos, o pessoal do atendimento é rápido e eficaz, o único ponto é a demora após o cadastro pra vacina, obviamente se deve ao fato da demanda em função da Covid, fora isso tudo ok.
The service is very good, the guys at the concierge who do the screening are kind and receptive, the service staff is fast and efficient, the only point is the delay after registering for the vaccine, obviously due to the demand due to the Covid, other than that all ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite! Péssima experiência. As recepcionistas sempre no celular, conversas e risadas altíssimas na recepção, parece mais um recreio de escola. Atendimento muito demorado após a triagem e a ordem de chegada muitas vezes não é respeitada. As técnicas de enfermagem atendem muito bem, porém, se tiver algum erro no cadastro ou oriundo da recepção, você fica no meio do fogo cruzado literalmente. Esta unidade merece uma visita surpresa do Sorans ou da superintendente. Lamentável para quem depende do atendimento.
Good night! Bad experience. The receptionists always on the cell phone, conversations and loud laughter at the reception, it seems more like a school playground. Very long service after sorting and the order of arrival is often not respected. The nursing technicians are very good, however, if you have an error in the registration or coming from the reception, you are literally in the middle of the crossfire. This unit deserves a surprise visit from Sorans or the superintendent. Sad for those who depend on the service.
