I accompanied my mother to get the 1d vaccine against Covid-19. They were excellent. And especially the nurse who applied it. She showed me the bottle, she explained, she was very nice. Thank you!

Pra fazer exame de sangue é uma luta.
Só quem presta nesse lugar é uma enfermeira boazinha ruiva, Rosana.
Ignorant, rude staff. There's never a doctor, and when there is, he says he's not there so they won't see you.
Taking blood tests is a struggle.
The only good one in this place is a nice redheaded nurse, Rosana.

Horrible, there's never a doctor who say they'll call you to make an appointment, they never call I'm waiting, it's been 3 months for my baby's appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentel, Clinica da Familia Ana Gonzaga - Inhoaiba, não esta faltando vacina da gripe e Covid, para os idosos, pessoas vão sempre e são vacinadas.Os funcionários sao gentis e educados. Toda equipe é maravilhosa.Farmaceutico, Equipe Realeza e todos. Algumas pessoas reclamando do Sistema Sisreg para resolver as marcações das consultas.
Fui bem atendida pela Enfermeira Rosana. Consegui marcação de consulta para Dermatologia. Muito bom atendimento.

Excellent, Ana Gonzaga Family Clinic - Inhoaiba, there is no lack of flu vaccine and Covid, for the elderly, people always go and are vaccinated. The staff are kind and polite. The whole team is wonderful. Pharmaceutic, Team Realeza and all. Some people complaining about the Sisreg System to resolve the appointments.
I was well attended by Nurse Rosana. I got an appointment for Dermatology. Very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou denunciar algumas pessoas que trabalham nessa clinica, a gente chega lá para marcar uma consulta , ao invés de eles marcarem , falam que vão te ligar e nada. Bando de gente safada que ganham salário pra ficar mexendo em Whatsapp. Fiscalização vai bater podem esperar.
