★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho que admitir que há bons profissionais! Mas, infelizmente nem todos. Estou com 21 semanas de gestação e só fui atendida uma única vez pela enfermeira e nenhuma pela médica! Estou na equipe do São Benedito e me remarcaram 5vezes a consulta por problemas que ainda não sei e...estou no aguardo de nova marcação e....orando para que dessa vez eu consiga ser atendida, examinada, avaliada...enfim... Por uma médica!!! Muito triste isso. Fico aqui no aguardo.
I have to admit that there are good professionals! But, unfortunately not all. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I've only been seen once by the nurse and none by the doctor! I am on the São Benedito team and I was rescheduled 5 times for problems that I still don't know and ... I'm waiting for a new appointment and ... praying that this time I will be able to be seen, examined, evaluated ... finally ... by a doctor !!! That’s very sad. I'm here waiting.

Sou paciente oncológica e sem atendimento, com o joelho inchado a dois meses, com dores horríveis e simplesmente a médica cancelou minha consulta. Estamos entregues a própria sorte!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma clínica que tem suas dificuldades por causa dos problemas de uma má administração da prefeitura, porém os funcionários tem dado o de melhor para os pacientes, em especial ao agente de saúde Wallace e a médica Dra Rosana da equipe coqueiral, pois é a minha equipe. Eles ajudam no que pode e tentam ajudar até quando tem dificuldades e sem reclamar ou tratar mal alguém. São de pessoas assim que precisamos mais em todas as redes públicas. Deus abençoe esses dois profissionais de excelência ?????
It is a clinic that has its difficulties because of the problems of poor administration by the city hall, but the employees have given their best to the patients, especially the health agent Wallace and the doctor Dr Rosana from the coconut tree team, because it is my team. They help where they can and try to help even when you have difficulties and without complaining or treating anyone badly. It's people like this that we need the most on all public networks.
