Reclamam durante o atendimento, porque tem que pegar autorização.
The receptionists have no education, they mock the people in the clinic and the people they call.
They complain during the service because they have to get authorization.

Marquei um ecodoppler dos membros inferiores,chegando lá fui informada que a maca não "aguentaria meu peso" palavras da recepcionista.
Foi uma vergonha,falou em alto e bom som,com a recepção cheia.
I will never return to this place again!
I had an echo Doppler of the lower limbs, and when I got there I was informed that the stretcher would not "take my weight" words from the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido e infelizmente a pessoa que atendeu parecia não estar disposta a trabalhar. Preciso marcar uma consulta pra minha esposa e a atendente simplesmente não sabe atender, tratou a nós dois como se estivéssemos fazendo algum favor a eles. Não sabe conversar pelo telefone e ainda desliga na cara. Se o atendimento é assim, o serviço deve ser um lixo. Tão ruim quanto.
I was answered and unfortunately the person who answered seemed unwilling to work. I need to make an appointment for my wife and the attendant just can't answer, treated both of us as if we were doing them some favor. Can't talk on the phone and still hang up in the face. If the service is like this, the service must be rubbish. As bad as.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem 2 anos que faço minha mamografia e ultrasson de mama nessa clínica, não faço mais, péssimo atendimento, não entregam os exames na hora, meu último ultrasson de útero foi negado pelo meu médico em BH, faltavam várias informações, como volume do útero, tive que fazer outro com urgência em BH por causa da cirurgia já marcada. Faço acompanhamento de um nódulo na mama, e também não fizeram medida do mesmo. Não atendem o telefone, a chefe secretaria sempre de mau humor.
I have been doing my mammogram and breast ultrasound for 2 years at this clinic, I don't do it anymore, bad service, they don't deliver the exams on time, my last uterus ultrasound was denied by my doctor in BH, there was a lot of information like uterus volume I had to do another urgently in BH because of the surgery already scheduled. I follow up a breast lump, and they didn't measure it either. They do not answer the phone, the secretary always in a bad mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na clinica após confirmar previamente TODOS OS DADOS DO MEU PLANO DE SAÚDE e simplesmente me falaram que não atendiam. UM GRANDE DESSERVIÇO AO CLIENTE.
I arrived at the clinic after previously confirming ALL THE DATA ON MY HEALTH PLAN and they simply told me that they did not attend. A GREAT DISSERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma ultra e fui super bem atendida, tanto na recepção, como pela médica. Local organizado e limpo. A consulta atrasou um pouco mas dentro do limite do tolerável.
Ao ver as avaliações negativas daqui, percebo que são de anos atrás. Pode ser que tenham mudado de direção ou conduta.
I had an ultrasound and was very well attended, both at the reception and by the doctor. Organized and clean place. The consultation was delayed a little but within the tolerable limit.
Looking at the negative reviews here, I realize they are from years ago. It may be that they have changed direction or conduct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o exame de ultra da tireóide. Fui bem atendida ao marcar o exame por telefone. Na clínica, a atendente também foi cordial, exame realizado dentro do horário. Quanto ao médico que realizou o procedimento, Dr. Danilo, foi atencioso todo o tempo, me dando todas as orientações. Tudo transcorreu sem problemas.
I did the ultra thyroid exam. I was well assisted when I scheduled the exam over the phone. At the clinic, the attendant was also cordial, examination performed on time. As for the doctor who performed the procedure, Dr. Danilo, he was attentive all the time, giving me all the instructions. Everything went smoothly.
