★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção foi de extrema excelência. E também o atendimento ginecologico com doutora Geane foi excepcional e tranquilo .
Já , o exame transvaginal feito com doutor Heber, foi desconfortável . Pois, o mesmo fez meu exame nas pressas , idade errada em meu relatório , nao teve o cuidado ao introduzir o instrumento sabendo do meu diagnóstico apesar de ter colocado o gel no instrumento, e não respondeu a pergunta importante que eu fiz . Eu realmente fiquei chateada e muito desconfortável. O que quero dizer é que nesta situação , seria bom que tivesse um médico mais ouvinte , que tenha atenção reservada ao que o paciente está dizendo . Sei que muitos outros pacientes elogiam o trabalho do médico , mais que pena que comigo foi diferente .

Well, he did my exam in a hurry, wrong age in my report, he was not careful when introducing the instrument knowing my diagnosis despite having placed the gel in the instrument, and he did not answer the important question I asked. I was really upset and very uncomfortable. What I mean is that in this situation, it would be good to have a more listening doctor, who pays attention to what the patient is saying. I know that many other patients praise the doctor's work, more than a shame it was different with me.
