★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui indica por dra Francine para receber atendimento com dra Lorena Magalhães e mais de um ano venho tentando agendar, a recepcionista sempre atende co. Rispidez, não acha horário e agora estou novamente tentando ligar e a pessoa da recepção desligando, peço que a supervisão de atendimento verifique essas chamadas sendo desligadas através do histórico de atendimento se é que tem. Um absurdo isso, chego ouvir antes de desligarem barulho de funcionamento, e no Google a clínica está com status de aberta.
 I was referred by Dr Francine to receive assistance from Dr Lorena Magalhães and for over a year I've been trying to book, the receptionist always works with me. Roughness, can't find time and now I'm trying to call again and the person at the reception hanging up, I ask that the service supervision check these calls being disconnected through the service history if there is any. This is nonsense, I get to hear it before they turn off the operating noise, and on Google the clinic has an open status.
