★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Não recomendo pra crianças pequenas que precisam dormir pra fazer o exame (BERA). A clínica é pequena e não dispõe de sala de repouso pra que eles possam dormir. Eles esperam que a criança durma na recepção com o entra e sai de pacientes e as recepcionistas atendendo ao telefone.
Terrible! I do not recommend for small children who need sleep to take the exam (BERA). The clinic is small and has no rest room so they can sleep. They expect the child to sleep at the desk with patients in and out and the receptionists answering the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível o atendimento via fone. Simplesmente nao conseguimos falar no nr. 3211 2248. Celular nao retornam A mensagens e nem atende as ligacoes tambem. Péssimo. Faz em pleno sec XXI ter que deslocar ate a clinica. Lamentavel.
Horrible service via phone. We just can't speak at nr. 3211 2248. Cell phones do not return messages and do not answer calls either. Terrible. In the middle of the 21st century, you have to travel to the clinic. Unfortunate.

Pois com a ssla vazia no horario de atendimento para minha esposa não me deicharam entrar como acompanhante alegando aglomeração mas so estava eu e minha esposa, e nós somos um. Fiquei todo tempo de espera, fora da clinica. Um absurdo, pois se estivesse mais de tres pessoas, eu mesma optaria por ficar fora pois entendo a situação. Mas não foi o caso. Fica aqui o meu protesto.
I was treated with a lack of dignity. Because with an empty ssla in the opening hours for my wife, I was not allowed to enter as a companion claiming agglomeration but only my wife and I were, and we are one. I waited all the time, outside the clinic. It is absurd, because if I were more than three people, I myself would choose to stay out because I understand the situation. But it was not the case. Here is my protest.
