Bad experience! You pay 100 reais and don't even stay in the room for 5 minutes. The dr makes it clear that he only wants his money, I've barely asked the questions and he's already referred me to the person responsible for the payment. Totally dry, I do not recommend closing with people who do not provide individual care but are only concerned with money. That was my experience, I preferred to close with another doctor who really wanted to listen to me.

I loved the result, Dr. Cassol is very professional, has a Top team, all very attentive, 5 star service, I went to visit the clinic, I liked it so much that the following week I already had my surgery.

I don't recommend it, very bad, After doing 2x the double chin, the result is horrible, I will have to look for another surgeon to try to repair it.

I would like to thank the equile service, especially to Gi, who was always answering my questions, regardless of the day and time... I enjoyed the experience with the team, but some things left something to be desired! 1st Starting with the nodule I have in the right breast, on the day of the surgery the Dr. Marked the place with a pen to perform the removal, and when I passed on the return the Dr. did not know if I had taken it or not, I felt a little neglect , as he had said he would withdraw. 2nd Before going up to the operating room I asked the nurses along with Leo about the Socks and the Bra if I could take them, they said I wouldn't need to, anyway... I went up to the operating room, I got there I was allowed and I didn't see the Dr. I stayed with the nurses who were talking random things, and the biggest concern would be to attend to the patient well and give all the confidence possible, I finished the surgery and continued without seeing the Dr, I hoped that at least he would be there when I woke up, to tell me how the surgery was... Anyway, everything worked out, thank God and I was very well, the next day I thought again that the Dr. would visit me in the room, but that didn't happen, only I saw him 2 weeks later, who came to the room to see me was Gi, I finally had to leave in a hurry because the hospital nurse told me several times that I was already discharged, and I hadn't even finished taking the medication I was in my vein. My experience with Dr. Marco Cassol's team, noting that the team has a great service, but these things that happened took away all the expectations I placed on the team. Today I am 3 months after the surgery and I feel that my breast was not as erect as I had hoped, on my last visit, I talked about it with the team, they told me that later if I really need it, we can repair it... However, the hospital charges 2,000 for inpatient repair. This was my report... May this feedback be something constructive for the team, I have in mind that I paid 14,800 for the surgery, which left me some annoyances Regards;

Clinic very well located, with easy access both by public transport and by car. The building in which it is located is great, super comfortable and the positive experience starts at the entrance. The clinic itself is beautiful, the team is extremely helpful and available, Dr. marco cassol is a reference in what he does and the support of Léo and Eloá make any patient calm, confident and secure. My experience was bad. I do not recommend. I was left with permanent swelling in my stomach and a very ugly belly button. I met dr marco on the recommendation of a friend who in the end also regretted having done it with him :( I had my breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgery in November 2020 (it was right after my friend had it and for that reason I didn't have time to see her result before doing mine). at the first appointment everything went well, he was super attentive and friendly, he made me feel safe, the team paid a lot of attention. the problems started in the postoperative period. first that he won't see us when we wake up, not even to say if everything was ok... my drain clogged several times and the way they unclog it is horrible, it made me feel sick just thinking about it. I felt I didn't have enough guidance. I sent a message to the nurse and she took a long time to respond because I was in surgery, I had a fever, I coughed a lot, which I believe caused the rupture of the stitches in the muscle (from the diastase). I followed all the guidelines about not carrying weight, diet and medication to be taken to the letter! I returned for consultation after 3 months of surgery, the orientation was to redo this part of the repair through the belly button and fix it because it had already become very ugly, with excess skin. at first the dr said he would put the mesh (screen), then he changed his mind. I decided to trust him. after we agreed to do the repair, no one contacted me and, a few days before the appointment, I had to send a message asking for information on how to proceed. on the day of the surgery (I had to pay 2500 reais for the hospital). the day of the repair was another disappointment, when I entered the operating room, everyone was using their cell phone and a dr X came in, whose name I still don't know because he didn't introduce himself, asking "what are we going to do here". amazed, I asked the anesthesiologist who he was and he replied that he was a doctor on Dr Cassol's team. soon after I fell asleep because the sedative was already being applied. there were many other things that I didn't like, but I'll summarize, I had the repair done in July 2021, I still have a big swelling in my stomach, it looks like a lump, and a worse belly button than the first time. It took me a while to post this review here for 2 reasons: first because I know they are a company that supports families and I don't like to get in the way... and second because I wanted to try to solve it without getting to that point of having to expose my situation. But the last straw was that I asked Dr Marco for directions on whats app and he always gave evasive answers. I paid for 20 sessions of STRONG modeling massage, and I even did pilates to strengthen the muscles, as he said to do, and none of the lump decreased. When I told him that, once again he just replied that I needed to strengthen my muscles. and after I sent a message almost crying asking him to be more specific, he tried to sell me another service of his, because he has a new device in the clinic! :(((( I couldn't even reply to this message from him. so this is the report of my experience and why not recommend it. I hope it helps anyone who has doubts.
