★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São super enrolados com horário marcado. Levamos alguns dos exames feitos no local para o médico que solicitou, ele não aceitou pois o exame era de má qualidade e não poderia diagnosticar com o exame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não obtive uma boa experiência nessa clínica, pois minha mãe marcou um exame, sendo que moramos fora da cidade. Ligamos perguntando sobre o exame e a secretária nos informou que a máquina estava quebrada, detalhe que ela só nos falou porque ligamos, sendo que ia esperar chegarmos na clínica pra nos informar. Fomos transferidas para outra Diagi e dps de muito esperar nos informaram que minha mãe era um encaixe e que deveria esperar por mais de 1 hora. Todos os pacientes que chegavam passavam na frente, liguei para a secretária que induziu que eu estava mentindo sobre o horário e que ela havia me informado sobre a mudança de horário. Discuti com ela, as secretárias da Diagi no qual fomos transferidas não nos informou também sobre a mudança de horário, por fim, não gostei do pouco caso que fizeram, minha mãe quase perdeu um dia de serviço, tempo, dinheiro de pedágio e combustível. Com tanto transtorno saímos de lá sem realizar o exame.
I didn't get a good experience at this clinic, because my mother made an exam, since we live outside the city. We called asking about the exam and the secretary informed us that the machine was broken, a detail she only told us about because we called, and she was going to wait until we arrived at the clinic to inform us. We were transferred to another Diagi and dps of long wait informed us that my mother was a fit and that she should wait for more than 1 hour. All the incoming patients passed by, I called the secretary who induced that I was lying about the schedule and that she had informed me about the change in schedule. I argued with her, the Diagi secretaries to which we were transferred did not also inform us about the time change, finally, I did not like the little case they did, my mother almost missed a day of service, time, toll money and fuel. With so much trouble we left without taking the exam.
