★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura física e qualidade técnica dos instrutores de exercícios nota 10. Clima organizacional nota 1 (Nutricionista se envolvia em fofocas e intrigas, boa infraestrutura mas métodos de trabalho similares aos utilizados no início dos anos 90 (baixa eficácia), funcionários iniciavam discussões com agressividade sem nenhum tipo de repressão por parte dos líderes, não havia controle de quem fazia o quê, onde um pode errar ou alterar algo e atribuir ao outro, entre outros problemas, era um caos organizacional). Serviu como um 'case' de estudo onde vi na prática os problemas de uma metodologia administrativa defasada. Fui estagiário neste local em 2019, como estudante de administração e o objetivo era modernizar métodos e tornar a empresa mais funcional e saudável, mas pedi minha demissão assim que constatei a 'doença corporativa' ali contida e o comodismo em 'aplicar a cura'. Espero que hoje esta empresa seja melhor, afinal as vezes se erra por não ter aptidão de identificar o erro. Um dos objetivos do Administrador é tornar o mundo melhor e mais saudável por meio de processos otimizados e sustentáveis. Este feedback vai ajudar esta empresa alcançar isto.
Physical structure and technical quality of exercise instructors grade 10. Organizational climate grade 1 (Nutritionist was involved in gossip and intrigue, good infrastructure but working methods similar to those used in the early 90's (low effectiveness), employees started discussions with aggression without no type of repression on the part of the leaders, there was no control over who did what, where one could make a mistake or change something and attribute it to the other, among other problems, it was organizational chaos). It served as a 'case study' where I saw in practice the problems of an outdated administrative methodology. I was an intern at this location in 2019, as a management student and the objective was to modernize methods and make the company more functional and healthy, but I resigned as soon as I realized the 'corporate disease' contained there and the comfort in 'applying the cure'. I hope that today this company is better, after all, sometimes people make mistakes because they don't have the ability to identify the error. One of the Administrator's goals is to make the world better and healthier through optimized and sustainable processes. This feedback will help this company achieve this.
