★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez não foi bom. A atendente me fez esperar 1 hora para simplesmente saber o que eu tinha e o que era para ser feito. Poderia até não terem o serviço então teria me poupado tempo. Dei esse feedback mas ela não entendeu gritou e foi mal educada e grossa. Os feedbacks tem que serem bem aproveitados para a melhoria no servico. E nao respondido grosseiramente logo no primeiro atendimento. Serão 10 no total!
Quem salvou o atendimento foi a fisio Fernanda. A outra infelizmente precisa de treinamento com mais refinamento.
The first time was not good. The attendant made me wait 1 hour to simply know what I had and what was to be done. I might not even have the service so it would have saved me time. I gave this feedback but she didn't understand, she screamed and was rude and rude. Feedbacks must be used to improve service. And not answered rudely in the first call. There will be 10 in total!
Who saved the service was Fisio Fernanda. The other unfortunately needs more refined training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica fraca, a tal Marcia Shublaq é irresponsável e mal assessorada. Fiquei numa aplicação de TENS por mais de 20 minutos, numa máquina que não tinha alarme. Após o tempo chamei a fisio para desligar, e a tal Marcia proibiu dela ir ao meu box, esperei por 40 minutos, e então desconectei a máquina da corrente elétrica. Deveria fazer também exercícios e uma das profissionais, disse: "vai fazendo ai" sem me dar orientação. A clinica também não tem higienie. Faço um box em que a cama não é limpa entre um paciente e outro, o colchão e o travesseiro são de plástico e ninguém passa um álcool nesse colchão. A clinica abre as 9h e semana passada ela abriu com apenas uma funcionária, uma fisioterapeuta que além de atender os pacientes, atendia telefone, pegava fichas etc..., serviços administrativos, porque não tinha mais ninguém para atender., um absurdo. Sem contar com a pobreza desse aparelho, deveria fazer o TENS com 4 eletrodos mas tem vezes que só fazem com 2 (esse que não tem alarme). Eu até tentei reclamar com a fisioterapeuta chefe, a tal Marcia mas ela não veio falar comigo e só fica nessa clinica as quintas-feiras, o resto da semana ficam a mercê de funcionárias. Reclamei com a Amil que é a operadora do meu plano.

Not to mention the poverty of this device, should do the TENS with 4 electrodes but sometimes they only do with 2 (this has no alarm). I even tried to complain to the head physiotherapist, Marcia, but she didn't talk to me and only stays at this clinic on Thursdays, the rest of the week is at the mercy of employees. I complained to Amil who is the operator of my plan.
