★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica completa passamos 07 anos com meu pai fazendo dialise,porem, precisa de alguns ajustes como tv na sala de dialise, wifi a vontade pra os acompanhantes e o maximo de atencao dos medicos plantonistas !
Complete clinic we spent 07 years with my father doing dialysis, however, he needs some adjustments like tv in the dialysis room, free wifi for the companions and the maximum attention of the doctors on duty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica é bem equipada , a localizacao é boa , fui bem atendida por alguns funcionarios , porem tem alguns que nao gostam de ser questionados ou nos responder sobre algumas duvidas que temos ,isso para mim é relevante , o que nao aceito é má vontade , ignoracia ,falta de amor ao proximo de uma certa funcionaria tercerizada que trabalha na parte da manha ,que atende ao paciente com falta de educacao , falta de paciencia e um certo tom de autoritarismo , ainda nao tive a oportunidade de vivenciar isso , estou comentando o que escutei de alguns pacientes , incluseve a minha . Nao quero citar nome , porque irei pessoalmente reclamar na assistente social assim que tiver a oportunidade .No mais gostaria de desabafar a minha revolta .
The clinic is well equipped, the location is good, I was well attended by some staff, but there are some who do not like to be questioned or answer us about some questions we have, this is relevant to me, which I do not accept is unwillingness, ignorance, lack of love for the next of a certain outsourced employee who works in the morning, who serves the patient with lack of education, lack of patience and a certain tone of authoritarianism, I have not had the opportunity to experience this, I am commenting I've heard from some patients, including mine. I don't want to name, because I will personally complain to the social worker as soon as I have the opportunity. I would no longer like to vent my anger.
