★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imprecionante, precisando retirar um exame de sexta feira e parece que o lugar nao necessita trabalhar né. Passei duas vezes em dois períodos diferentes e estava fechado. E nao adianta ligar pq atender é luxo demais pra eles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora para atendimento, mais de 1 e meia esperando e quando fui atendida, o médico mal olhou na minha cara para ouvir o meu relato, não mediu minha pressão, não examinou, não fez exatamente nada além de pedir uma exame e passar remédio para a dor. Recepcionistas nada simpáticas também. O local fede a mofo. Após a consulta tive que esperar mais 30 minutos só para pegar o atestado. Péssimo, Péssimo!!!!!

Unfriendly receptionists too. The place stinks of mold. After the consultation I had to wait another 30 minutes just to get the certificate. Terrible, Terrible !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente que o lugar não tem capacidade pra realizar o exame de eletroencefalograma em bebês, já que minha esposa teve que fazer nossa bebê dormir no banheiro da recepção, onde era mais escuro e por causa do barulho, pois não tem uma sala adequada pra essa finalidade, a recepcionista tb mto grossa, sem empatia nenhuma, e o exame em sí durou somente 5 minutos, e os eletrodos foram colados na cabeça da minha bebê com papel toalha cortado em quadradinhos, com a cola soltando, e minha esposa avisou a técnica que disse que era normal. E nos foi falado, pelos profissionais em SP, que este exame deve durar no mínimo 20 minutos. No msm dia, minha filha teve vários espasmos, que achávamos ser de convulsão, e no desespero, minha esposa ligou na clínica solicitando o gráfico do exame ou laudo urgente pq no dia seguinte iríamos pra SP passar com um neuropediatra, disseram q não poderiam entregar pois só quem laudava era o dr. Xavier, e ele estava laudando os exames da casa dele pois havia sofrido um acidente; insisti na urgência e disse q iria retirar o exame, mesmo que sem o laudo, nem que tivéssemos que ir com a polícia lá. No dia seguinte pela manhã, passamos lá pra retirar, e quando minha esposa foi entrar no carro pra irmos embora, o dr. Xavier estava esperando sentado na frente da clínica, abordou minha esposa e questionou se tinha sido ela que tinha ligado exaltada na clínica e que não era assim que as coisas funcionavam, e em seguida, andando e sem olhar na cara dela, falou que o exame da nossa filha tinha dado alterado e nos desejou boa sorte. Fomos em um neuropediatra referência em SP, que desconsiderou totalmente o exame feito na clínica, refizemos o exame no Hospital Sírio Libanês, com vídeo e por 12 hrs e graças a Deus deu normal e nossa filha é saudável e não tem nada.

On the same day, my daughter had several spasms, which we thought were convulsions, and in desperation, my wife called the clinic asking for the exam chart or urgent report, because the next day we would go to SP with a neuropediatrician, they said they couldn't deliver because only the laud was Dr. Xavier, and he was doing the exams at his house because he had an accident; I insisted on urgency and said that I would withdraw the exam, even without the report, even if we had to go with the police there. The next day in the morning, we stopped by to pick up, and when my wife got in the car to go, dr. Xavier was waiting sitting in front of the clinic, approached my wife and asked if she was the one who had called in high spirits at the clinic and that this was not how things worked, and then, walking and without looking in her face, said that the exam our daughter's had changed and wished us luck. We went to a referral neuropediatrician in SP, who totally disregarded the exam done at the clinic, we did the exam again at the Hospital Sírio Libanês, with video and for 12 hours and thank God it was normal and our daughter is healthy and has nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe, de 89 anos é paciente do Dr Antônio Xavier, há 5 anos. Ele a consulta semestralmente. Ela é sempre muito bem atendida e bem cuidada.
Resolvi fazer essa avaliação, porque li alguns comentários em outras avaliações, que me deixaram impressionada. O Dr. Antônio é um médico maduro, bem formado, atualizado e muito experiente e não merece ser desqualificando como em algumas considerações feitas aqui.
Quanto ao local, está numa rua de fácil acesso no Bairro Cambui, tem estacionamento com manobrista , a recepção é ampla e as recepcionista são discretas e educadas. Tudo é muito limpo. O consutorio também é amplo e Dr. Antônio segue todos os protocolos de atendimento com muito profissionalismo.
My mother, 89 years old, has been Dr. Antônio Xavier's patient for 5 years. He consults her every six months. She is always very well attended and well looked after.
I decided to make this evaluation, because I read some comments in other evaluations, which impressed me. Dr. Antônio is a mature, well-trained, up-to-date and very experienced doctor and does not deserve to be disqualified as in some considerations made here.
As for the location, it is on an easily accessible street in Bairro Cambui, has valet parking, the reception is wide and the receptionists are discreet and polite. Everything is very clean. The consortium is also extensive and Dr. Antônio follows all service protocols with great professionalism.
