Tem variedade de especialista e um local bom ....
 I've been going for many years, but in the last 6 months the quality of the place has gone downhill! Phone at least 15 minutes to get service, reception I stayed 37 minutes for service, Doctor unwilling to work. Unfortunately quality is not good...
It has specialist variety and a good location....

â â â â â O atendimento pĂ©ssimo começa no atendimento telefĂŽnico. HĂĄ dias tentando agendar um exame e sĂł me deixam esperando, quando atendem pedem para esperar mais e nunca atendem.
Uma falta de respeito para com o consumidor.
Bad customer service starts with the phone service. There are days trying to schedule an exam and they just keep me waiting, when they answer they ask to wait longer and they never answer.
A lack of respect for the consumer.

â â â â â Infelizmente tive um pĂ©ssimo atendimento. Pelo Pneumologista Guilherme. Meu filho passou na consulta devido a crises de pnemonia e agravou bronquite. Pediu exames e quando eu pedi um encaixe de retorno o mesmo a secretaria me pediu para ligar depois de uma semana apĂłs ligar pefiu mais mais de 10dias. APĂS isso secretaria disse q nĂŁo dava para ver o exame. Ou seja se ele estiver bem ou nĂŁo ele nem se importa se precisar rerornar com tratamento dos remĂ©dios ou finalizar eu nem sei. Isso.tudo com criança de apenas 3 anos.
Unfortunately, I had poor service. By Pulmonologist Guilherme. My son went to the consultation due to bouts of pneumonia and bronchitis worsened. He asked for exams and when I asked for a return fitting the same the secretary asked me to call after a week after calling for more than 10 days. AFTER that, the secretary said that it was not possible to see the exam. In other words, if he's fine or not, he doesn't even care if he needs to go back with the medication or finish it, I don't even know. That.all with a 3 year old child.

â â â â â Meu problema c essa empresa Ă© que ultimamente NĂO ATENDEM em nenhum nĂșmero de telefone sugerido no site para agendamento de consultas e exames.
Mas gosto muito dos profissionais dessa clĂnica.
My problem with this company is that lately they DO NOT ANSWER any phone number suggested on the website to schedule appointments and exams.
But I really like the professionals at this clinic.

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento na recepção, atendentes sem vontade, assistindo vĂdeos no computador e conversando sobre assuntos pessoais na hora de atender os pacientes. NĂŁo sabem os procedimentos para liberação do meu plano de saĂșde. Haviam 5 atendentes e nenhuma tentava ajudar a outra no meu caso. NĂŁo hĂĄ informação na chegada de senha ou como se atendido pelas recepcionistas. Falta de compromisso e total desrespeito.
Bad service at reception, unwilling attendants, watching videos on the computer and talking about personal matters when attending patients. They don't know the procedures for releasing my health plan. There were 5 attendants and none tried to help the other in my case. There is no information on the arrival of the password or how to be attended by the receptionists. Lack of commitment and total disrespect.

â â â â â Os mĂ©dicos sĂŁo bons mas essa coisa de vocĂȘ jĂĄ ter uma consulta marcada e precisar pegar senha para passar na recepção Ă© muito chato, porque jĂĄ nĂŁo fazem a verificação do plano na hora do agendamento? deixam pra fazer no dia da consulta.
Recentemente passei por uma cirurgia que precisei ficar internado por algumas horas, atendimento impecĂĄvel tanto da Dra Ana , anestesista e das enfermeiras, cheguei a falar que nĂŁo queria ir embora porque tava muito confortĂĄvel lĂĄ kkkkk super recomendo a clĂnica para quem precisa fazer cirurgia
Doctors are good, but this thing where you already have an appointment and need to get a password to go to reception is very annoying, why don't they check the plan at the time of scheduling? leave it to be done on the day of the consultation.
I recently had a surgery that needed to be hospitalized for a few hours, impeccable service from both Dr Ana, the anesthesiologist and the nurses, I even said that I didn't want to leave because I was very comfortable there lol I highly recommend the clinic for anyone who needs surgery

â â â â â gente o que acontece com o atendimento telefonico dessa clinica? faz uns 10 minutos ouvindo a gravação e ninguĂ©m atende. Os mĂ©dicos sĂŁo muito bons ... mas fica dificil manter a fidelidade do paciente se o pessoal de frente nĂŁo ajudar. Ah outra coisa quando atendem te passa um numero de zap para vc fazer o agendamento.

â â â â â Nunca cumprem horĂĄrio!
Minha irmĂŁ chegou hoje para passar com Dr Milton que demorou mais de 45 minutos do horĂĄrio marcado para atender, praticamente uma hora depois. E nĂŁo sĂł ele, como todos os mĂ©dicos aqui sĂŁo assim. Tem profissionais Ăłtimos, mas que nunca cumprem o horĂĄrio! NĂłs temos que chegar com 15 minutos de antecedĂȘncia e eles sĂŁo sempre esse descaso, uma vez que estĂŁo sendo pagos para nos atender.
