★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era paciente a mais de 10 anos, a alguns dias fiz meu exame oftalmológico anual e foi me receitado um novo óculos , fiz o novo óculos e voltei a clínica para conferir o grau , pois bem não consegui pois a funcionária disse que teria que ter o carimbo da ótica expliquei que no momento da consulta não fui informado sobre isso e que a ótica que fiz era em outra cidade e que era muito complicado eu ir lá para obter um simples carimbo apresentei o certificado de garantia do óculos a descrição da embalagem que tem o nome da ótica mesmo assim não quis fazer a verificação, como se nos clientes tivéssemos tempo disponível , com isso perde-se pacientes pois com funcionários assim que não tem bom senso fica inviável voltar a essa clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelante o tratamento da recepção o medico muito bom meu esposo operou catarata em hospital no rio ficou com a visão comprometida fomos a varios medicos e nem um sabia o que era consultamos com Dr Adelino ele descobriu que a lente esta suja fora a atenção que é excelente.
