★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo muito desorganizado o atendimento sem contar a demora, muitos idosos aguardando ainda mais nesta pandemia, deveriam separar o atendimento dos idosos porque ficam naquela aglomeração e com riscos de pegar covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma dos piores lugares em que já levei minha mãe para operar, tivemos a infelicidade de esperar 5 horas para que fosse aplicado o colirio,sendo que estava marcado para as 13:30, chegamos as 12:30, e até as 16:00 Nem haviam chamado-a para dilatar os olhos, resultando em ficar sem se alimentar, o lugar cheio em plena pandemia, sem controle de pessoas que estavam com máscaras, e no final so conseguimos sair de lá as 19:00 depois de muita reclamação,não recomendo, péssima gestão, péssima organização, e profissionais sem a menor responsabilidade afetiva

Liguei no plantão de dia pós cirurgia de pterígio da minha mãe falaram para lavar com água boricada.
Liguei hoje no plantão de emergência , eles demoraram para atender , e o médico me informou que deveria comprar outro colírio que não estava na receita. Um absurdo.
Lousy service.

Como que Vc Ligar para?Marcar Uma Consulta de um Paciente da Clínica e NÃO Sabe se ELA vai Precisar De ANESTESISTA. A Prefeitura Precisa Verificar Com URGÊNCIA essa Clínica. Pões NÃO estão Atendendo Os Pacientes Com o Devido RESPEITO E PROFISSIONALISMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem bons funcionários atendendo com paciência e educação/ tem um segurança que precisa ser orientado para entender que esta lidando com pessoas doentes e com muita dor em muitos casos e que necessitam de acompanhante ( muitos não conseguem caminhar sozinhos) . Atenção!! , e é necessário que os pacientes tenham retorno. A diretoria da clinica precisa acertar este ponto com a prefeitura.
There are good employees taking care with patience and education / there is a security guard who needs to be guided to understand that he is dealing with sick people and in a lot of pain in many cases and who need a companion (many cannot walk alone).
