Principalmente a atendente Camila, ela quando não sabe o que dizer ao telefone desliga na cara, passa horários de consulta errado para o paciente e é extremamente arrogante no atendimento, tanto no telefone, como pessoalmente, sem a minima vontade de atender. Lamentável uma clínica tão boa com uma atendente tão ruim...
The Doctor is excellent, but the attendants are the worst. Very confused with schedules and without any attention to what they do. Eu e minha filha nos consultamos com o Dr. José Luís e adorei! Médico sério, pontual, educado, dedicado. Examina sem pressa, faz vários procedimentos nos olhos para analisar como um todo para o diagnóstico correto.
Já tem 9 anos e eu o indico para todas as pessoas que me perguntam sobre oftalmologista.

My daughter and I consulted with Dr. José Luís and I loved it! Serious, punctual, polite, dedicated doctor. Examines without haste, makes several procedures in the eyes to analyze as a whole for the correct diagnosis.
He's 9 years old and I recommend him to everyone who asks me about an ophthalmologist.
