Tive uma péssima experiência na clínica. Agendei consulta com um médico e na recepção não se deram o trabalho de me informar que o mesmo não iria. Ao entrar na sala outro médico estava lá para atender. Fui ao local e procura de um médico por indicação. Achei um descaso a recepcionista não informar o ocorrido e agir como se nada estivesse acontecendo.
Recepção deixa a desejar muita falta de respeito com o próximo.

I had a bad experience at the clinic. I scheduled an appointment with a doctor and at the reception they didn't bother to inform me that he wouldn't go. Upon entering the room, another doctor was there to attend. I went to the place and looking for a doctor by indication. I thought it was negligent that the receptionist didn't report what had happened and acted as if nothing was happening.
Reception leaves much to be desired lack of respect for others.
