★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica já foi muito boa. Mas depois da saída da principal funcionária adm (recepcionista) virou um descaso total, 3 não fazem metade que a ex funcionária fazia! Dias para ter uma resposta pelo WhatsApp, marcam com paciente e encerram o expediente mais cedo sem avisar. Combinam procedimentos por telefone, mas depois informam que não é nada daquilo. Reclamam dos convênios e por fim é o paciente que sai como errado e maluco. É muito triste ver uma clínica que era tão boa tomar uma direção dessa.
The clinic used to be very good. But after the departure of the main adm employee (receptionist) it became a total neglect, 3 don't do half what the former employee did! Days to have an answer by WhatsApp, schedule with a patient and close the work early without warning. They arrange procedures over the phone, but then inform that it is nothing like that. They complain about the insurance plans and finally it is the patient who comes out as wrong and crazy. It's very sad to see a clinic that was so good go in such a direction.
