★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com o meu marido a imobiliária e fomos muito mal atendidos. A corretora nao retornou nossa proposta e nos respondeu a tudo de maneira muito ruim. Tive que ligar varias vezes para perguntar o retorno e mesmo assim fui tratada de um jeito horrivel, parecia que nao queria alugar pra gente. Espero que os próximos clientes possam ser melhores tratados e que o proprietário consiga alugar o imóvel apesar dessa postura da corretora.
I went with my husband to real estate and were very poorly attended. The broker did not return our proposal and responded to everything in a very bad way. Had to call several times to ask the return and yet I was treated in a horrible way, it seemed that not wanted to rent to us. I hope that the next clients can be better treated and that the owner can rent the property despite this posture of the brokerage house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando a inquilina saiu tive só aborrecimento por cobrar que fosse cumprido o laudo de vistoria e para minha surpresa e decepção fui muito maltratada por telefone pelo Ricardo Cupulille. No dia seguinte me ligou se desculpando, mas para mim foi a gota d'água. Passei muito mal depois que desliguei a ligação, minha pressão foi à 17x11. Parecia que eu estava pedindo algo que não era meu direito. Para quê fazer laudo se o inquilino pode devolver o imóvel como quiser?
When the tenant left I was only annoyed to collect the inspection report, and to my surprise and disappointment I was badly abused by telephone by Ricardo Cupulille. The next day he called me apologizing, but for me it was the last straw. I was very sick after I disconnected the call, my pressure was at 17x11. It seemed like I was asking for something that was not my right. What do I do if the tenant can return the property as I wish?
