★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É péssimo o atendimento, a recepcionista é muito desorientada e passa informações equivocadas e grita com clientes e manda ficar calado. E os médicos não fazem exame psiquiátrico no paciente, principalmente uma médica bem senhora que tem lá , não recordo o nome , mais ela é bastante imprudente e sem ética. Devia ter filmado e gravado o desrespeito daqueles profissionais.
The service is terrible, the receptionist is very disoriented and passes erroneous information and screams with customers and has to keep quiet. And the doctors do not take psychiatric examination on the patient, especially a well-known doctor who has it there, I do not remember the name, but she is rather reckless and unethical. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Clínica de Repouso São Marcelo não pretende tratar ou cuidar do paciente. Seu espaço para pacientes particulares se compõe de uma grande sala que serve de refeitório e circulação, onde uma pequena televisão está sempre ligada, quartos com banheiro com camas de solteiro com colchões de espuma velhos e uma pequena sacada com um banco. Nada mais. Os pacientes com os mais diferentes problemas, passam o dias em seus quartos ou andando pela sala. Não existe um quadro, uma flor, uma colcha na cama, uma música suave ou melhor dizendo não existe nenhum projeto terapêutico. Somente a restrição no ir e vir e os medicamentos que embotam a fala e a concentração.
Sou psicóloga e a no meu parecer esta clínica (estranho nome: Repouso) é uma afronta ao saber psiquiátrico atual.
The São Marcelo Nursing Home does not intend to treat or care for the patient. Its space for private patients consists of a large room that serves as a cafeteria and circulation area, where a small television is always on, bedrooms with bathrooms with single beds with old foam mattresses and a small balcony with a bench. Nothing else. Patients with the most different problems spend their days in their rooms or walking around the room. There is no painting, flower, bedspread, soft music or rather, there is no therapeutic project. Only the restriction on coming and going and the drugs that dull the speech and concentration.
I am a psychologist and in my opinion this clinic (strange name: Repouso) is an affront to current psychiatric knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível. Nada bom. Lugar insalubre, se fosse agora estaria com o vírus, meu médico apenas aparecia 1 vez na semana. Dr Hamilton filho. Alimentação péssima, dormia com uma viciada em drogas q caia O tempo todo como uma fraqueza nas pernas e tbm dormia com uma q estava p sair. Ou seja eram 3 de diferentes patologias em um quarto só.
Fui p lá em época de Natal e até da vida financeira dos profissionais ficavamoe sabendo. Tinha uma funcionária chamada Fátima ou melhor uma enfermeira da noite q apesar de saber que era prodiga tentava vender coisas p memen sei como ia pagar mas tudo bem. Ali n há limprza nos banheirobanheiros e sim um pano C desinfetante. Melhor morrer dq ficar ali. Se vc tem amor a seu oarente n coloque ali

Food bad, slept with a drug addict q fall All the time as a weakness in the legs and TBM slept with a q was p leave. Ie were three different pathologies in a room alone.
