 Dr. João Paulo, impeccable service, active listening, attention and respect. It is a pity that he attends only once a week at the Sego clinic (CMI), and during restricted hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento no balcão normal, atendimento pelo whatsapp um lixo, eles não respondem às perguntas e nem atendem, não sei pra que divulgam o número.
Service at the regular counter, service through whatsapp is rubbish, they don't answer questions or answer, I don't know why they divulge the number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da secretária.... eu marquei uma consulta há 1 mês atrás e quando cheguei no dia e hora marcado, ela simplesmente disse que o médico não estava atendendo neste dia e que se eu quisesse remarcar ele só atenderia na parte da manhã! Ela nem teve o bom senso de ligar para avisar essa ausência do médico e ainda foi super grosseira e não quis reagendar um melhor horário! Um descaso total!
Bad service from the secretary .... I made an appointment 1 month ago and when I arrived at the appointed time and day, she simply said that the doctor was not answering this day and that if I wanted to reschedule he would only attend in the morning! She didn't even have the common sense to call to report this doctor's absence and was still rude and didn't want to reschedule a better time! A total neglect!
