Medico explica todo exame e esclarece todas as dúvidas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento tanto da recepção como da auxiliar. Fomos atendidos 2 vezes pela doutora Catarina, em ambas ela foi excelente. Fez questão de nos mostrar o nosso bebê e de nos dar segurança de que estava tudo bem. Foi muito atenciosa, educada e bem humorada. Não fazemos mais ultrassonografia em outro lugar. Recomendo muito a clínica.
Excellent service from both reception and assistant. We were seen twice by Dr. Catarina, both times she was excellent. He insisted on showing us our baby and reassuring us that everything was fine. She was very attentive, polite and good-natured. We don't do ultrasound anywhere else anymore. I highly recommend the clinic.

Atendimento ruim, não me senti confortável.
Ao realizar meu exame, devia ter algo para cobrir minha parte intima e não houve, me senti super desconfortável e mal tratada, a Dra não teve nenhum pouco de empatia.
No exame a Dra não disse nada, só quando estava saindo da sala a Dra disse que estava tudo bem!
A emoção que eu podia ter na minha primeira ultrassonografia, eu não tive por causa desse constrangimento, não consegui prestar atenção nas imagens e nos BPM do meu bebê por querer terminar logo o procedimento e ir embora.
Não recomendo para ninguém e não volto de jeito nenhum nessa clinica!!
Apart from the girls at the reception who are lovely, very polite and very attentive, the Dr who attended to me was terrible!!
Bad service, didn't feel comfortable.
When performing my exam, there should have been something to cover my intimate part and there wasn't, I felt super uncomfortable and poorly treated, the Dr didn't have any empathy.
In the exam the Dr didn't say anything, only when he was leaving the room the Dr said that everything was fine!
The emotion that I could have on my first ultrasound, I didn't have because of that embarrassment, I couldn't pay attention to the images and BPM of my baby because I wanted to finish the procedure and leave.
I don't recommend it to anyone and I won't go back to this clinic at all!!
