★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto desse médico, ele é atencioso e a secretaria também, porém não usar mascará é complicado quando a gente passa por uma pandemia tão complicada e com tantas percas, lamentável mas voltaria a me consultar com ele, porém se na próxima eles estiverem sem mascará ai teremos um outro contexto de comunicação e conscientização.
I like this doctor, he is attentive and the secretary too, but not wearing a mask is complicated when we go through such a complicated pandemic and with so many losses, unfortunate but I would go back to see him, but if next time they will be without mask there we will have another context of communication and awareness.

Meu Pai é beneficiário do IAMSPE e teve o privilégio de conhecer o Dr. Ézer Amoras Melo. A mim, faltam palavras para descrevê-lo, ainda assim, vou manifestar um mínimo: Ser humano, MÉDICO POR VOCAÇÃO, sensível, HUMANO, hiperempático,, profissional e no que tange ao respeito pelo próximo: um britânico. Agradeço a Deus por sua vida na vida de meu Pai.

My Father is a beneficiary of IAMSPE and had the privilege of meeting Dr. Ézer Amoras Melo. Words are lacking for me to describe it, even so, I will express a minimum: Human Being, DOCTOR BY VOCATION, sensitive, HUMAN, hyperempathic, professional and with regard to respect for others: a Brit. I thank God for your life in my Father's life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem a secretária, nem o médico usam máscara. Ninguém é obrigado a saber que eles foram infectados. Até ver um exame de anticorpos, não me sentiria seguro. Há muitos casos de reinfecção acontecendo. Isso na verdade está violando a lei.
Neither the secretary nor the doctor wears a mask. No one is required to know that they have been infected. Until I saw an antibody test, I wouldn't feel safe. There are many cases of reinfection going on. This is actually breaking the law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dr. é muito profissional; me deu diversas orientações com educação e acolhimento. Sua secretária, Bruna, se não me engano, é igualmente atenciosa. Voltaria a me consultar com ele, em caso de necessidade. Indicarei ele para um amigo, quando puder.
Porém, ambos profissionais não usam máscaras. Pelas respostas que a clínica deu a outros comentários, é nítido que o dr. (ou seja lá quem foi que escreveu) está intoxicado com a propaganda política que nega a gravidade da pandemia.
Um profissional da saúde como ele deveria dar exemplo. Acima da "liberdade individual" está o bem estar coletivo. São por condutas erraticas de sujeitos com um pensamento negacionista que o coletivo sofre, e não tem previsão de melhoras.
Concordo que diversas decisões do poder público foram equivocadas (em âmbito estadual e nacional); que sem amparo do Estado, não há como respeitar a quarentena. Mas entre isso e publicar palavras de ódio com termos como "praga chinesa" é de uma estupidez absurda.
Não há diploma que resolva a questão de sua ignorância, doutor. Lamento que um profissional "esclarecido" como o senhor seja um péssimo exemplo como ser humano.

However, both professionals do not wear masks. From the responses that the clinic gave to other comments, it is clear that Dr. (or whoever wrote it) is intoxicated by political propaganda that denies the seriousness of the pandemic.
A health professional like him should set an example. Above "individual freedom" is collective well-being. It is due to the erratic conduct of subjects with a negationist thought that the collective suffers, and there is no forecast of improvements.
I agree that several government decisions were wrong (at the state and national level); that without the support of the State, there is no way to respect the quarantine. But between that and publishing hateful words with terms like "Chinese plague" is absurd stupidity.
There is no diploma that solves the question of your ignorance, doctor. I regret that an "enlightened" professional like you is a terrible example as a human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc é uma pessoa com o dia agitado e precisa se organizar com horários, essa clinica não é para vc!
Agendei em meu único dia de folga, consultas e compromissos, com o devido espaçamento de tempo entre eles para não causar nenhum atraso!
Pois bem, consulta agendada para as 15h00 – 25/08 cheguei com antecedência de 15 minutos, subi para o andar e as 15h15 foi chamado o paciente em minha frente!
A recepção deve ter no máximo 1,50 x 1,50 e não é obrigatório o uso de mascaras, conforme recomendado pelas maiores organizações de saúde, e se vc preza por sua privacidade, as paredes do consultório são finas o suficiente para ouvir toda a consulta do coleguinha a sua frente, e depois de 40 minutos de atrasos, e ouvindo (através da parede fina) que a consulta tinha tomado um rumo político e filosófico, decidi sair do local e ir para a segunda consulta, afinal, costumo respeitar meus horários!
Após sair da segunda consulta em um prédio vizinho, liguei novamente para ver se o dr. Poderia me atender, fui informado que tinha uma vaga para dali a 30 minutos, feliz da vida, fui para lá
Chegando lá com 15 minutos de antecedência, fui orientado a esperar, dessa vez em pé, na recepção do prédio, que tbém já estava cheia... 30 minutos passados do meu horário de agendamento, liguei novamente e fui informado que eu deveria esperar um pouco mais, pois haviam apenas 2 pacientes na minha frente!!!! Resumo, 2h30 do meu dia de folga perdida por falta de consideração ou melhor organização DE AGENDA!
LAMENTO, NÃO RECOMENDO E NÃO RETORNO MAIS A ESSE LOCAL!

Well, appointment scheduled for 15:00 – 25/08 I arrived 15 minutes in advance, went upstairs and at 15:15 the patient in front of me was called!
The reception must be a maximum of 1.50 x 1.50 and it is not mandatory to wear masks, as recommended by the largest health organizations, and if you value your privacy, the office walls are thin enough to hear all the consultation of the colleague in front of her, and after 40 minutes of delay, and hearing (through the thin wall) that the consultation had taken a political and philosophical turn, I decided to leave the place and go to the second consultation, after all, I usually respect my schedules!
After leaving the second appointment in a neighboring building, I called again to see if dr. Could you meet me, I was informed that there was a vacancy in 30 minutes, happy as I was, I went there
Arriving there 15 minutes in advance, I was instructed to wait, this time standing at the reception of the building, which was already full... 30 minutes past my appointment time, I called again and was informed that I should wait for a little more, as there were only 2 patients in front of me!!!! Summary, 2:30 am of my day off lost due to lack of consideration or better organization OF AGENDA!
SORRY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND DO NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE ANYMORE!
