★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal é educado, porém não atendem telefone e quando vc consegue, depois de mais de 30 tentativas em dias e horários diferentes, passar pela recepcionista, ela anota o recado e a gerente não retorna. Isso pq sou cliente há mais de 20 anos.
SAC não tem autonomia, para resolver. Idem Ouvidoria.

depois de uma semana fui retirar o termo, ahi tive que ir no cartorio para
reconhecir a firma de quem assinava como procurador da CEF, reconheci
a firma , ahi tive que ir no cartoria pra fazer o registro da averbação, cheguei no cartorio de registro e no cartorio me disseram que eu tinha que ter levado uma procuração com firma reconhecida da gerente da CEF
onde ela era autorizada a emitir o termo de quitação , porque nao me entragaram,o termo na hora nao sei, ahi volto na CEF pra pedir a procuração da senhora gerente da CEF , ahi disseram que eu teria que ir em outro cartorio pra pedir a procuração, me deram numeros de livros, varios, e numero de páginas , varios, fui em um cartorio e disseram que
nao tinham essa procuração , me deram outro cartorio pra ir , resolvi ligar e nao tinham a procuração, nao vou a lugar nenhum pra pedir nada,
exigo esta procuração pela agencia que é responsavel pela desobrigação do imovel, ja paguei a 15 anos atraz e até hoje nao recebi por parte desta droga de agencia e caixa economicq federal, onde a burocracia e o desrespeito ao contribuinte e cidadão, nao existe.
