★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepcionista é super simpática mas fiquei mto decepcionada pq no site da clínica diz que eles tem todas as especialidades e não tem. Tirei raio-x só pro dentista me falar tudo o que eu já sabia e me dizer que eu precisava procurar um endo porque lá não tinha. E ainda tive que voltar lá depois porque nem encaminhamento o cara me deu. Achei péssimo.
The receptionist is super friendly but I was very disappointed because the clinic's website says they have all the specialties and they don't. I took an x-ray just for the dentist to tell me everything I already knew and to tell me that I needed to look for an endo because I didn't have it there. And I still had to go back there later because the guy didn't even give me a referral. I thought it was terrible.

Tive total assistência do Dr. Fabricio e de toda a equipe ali de serviço. Parabéns a todos

Porém, após a saída da dra Andressa da clínica, precisei de um atendimento de urgência por estar com dor aguda no ciso e fui atendida pelo doutor Fabrício.
Péssimo atendimento. Não deu a menor importância para o caso. Disse que teria que extrai após um raio X e que só poderia fazer isso na clínica na semana seguinte. Depois de eu fazer o exame necessário.
Sai da climica morrendo de dor, do mesmo jeito que entrei.
Por sorte, encontrei um atendimemergência que resolveu o problema na hora. Explicando que fazendo o canal a dor cessaria na hora, alternativa à retirada do ciso, inclusive. Coisa que sout4o Fabrício nem mencionou.
A sauda da dra andressacfoi uma grande perda para a clínica. Seu atendimento sempre foi extremamente humanizado.
Já o doutor Fabrício parece não se importar com o bem estar do paciente.

Dr. andressac's health was a great loss to the clinic. Their service has always been extremely humanized.
Dr. Fabrício, on the other hand, does not seem to care about the patient's well-being.

Mal conversou comigo, a sala era super apertada, a Dra não me deu guardanapo, não colocou nada para proteger meu colo, o sugador estava vazando, saí de lá toda molhada. Além disso, ela colocou a luva e ficou procurando algo em todas as gavetas, além de abrir a porta com a luva que ela colocou na minha boca. Isso com questões de Covid no ar. O flúor era de qualidade ruim, ela não deu aquelas orientações de Qnt tempo ficar sem beber e comer. Enfim, foi tudo horrível! Pior consulta da minha vida! Pesadelo!
It was the worst experience of my life. Dr. Barely talked to me, the room was super cramped, Dr. didn't give me a napkin, she didn't put anything to protect my lap, the sucker was leaking, I left there all wet. Also, she put on the glove and kept looking in all the drawers for something besides opening the door with the glove she put in my mouth. This with Covid questions in the air. The fluoride was of poor quality, she didn't give that Qnt time guidelines to go without drinking and eating. Anyway, it was all horrible! Worst consultation of my life! Nightmare!
