★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para um atendimento marcado através da Hapvida, passo quase duas horas esperando e quando foi pra me atender fui passado para outro dentista e não o escolhido, fora que quando me atendeu viu mil e um defeitos, parece que queria vender alguma coisa. Não recomendo.
 I went to an appointment through Hapvida, I spend almost two hours waiting and when it came to seeing me I was transferred to another dentist and not the chosen one, besides that when he saw me he saw a thousand and one defects, it seems he wanted to sell something. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não cumprir com horário marcado, marcar um horário quando a gente chegar no local informar que é por ordem de chegada e tem mais de 15 pessoas na sua frente.
Bad service, not complying with the scheduled time, make an appointment when we arrive at the place, informing that it is in order of arrival and there are more than 15 people in front of you.

Não tem organização... fui agendada pelo hapvida, passei 2h esperando e fui atendida por uma dentista a qual não estava marcada, além de deixar a pessoa super desconfortável colocando mil defeitos, parava o atendimento pra resolver a vida no celular. Não há privacidade nenhuma, outro dentista e a recepcionista entravam na sala no meio do procedimento pra resolver coisas alheias ao atendimento. Enfim, infelizmente alguns profissionais fazem do local ruim.
I do not recommend. There is no organization... I was scheduled by hapvida, I spent 2 hours waiting and was seen by a dentist who was not scheduled, in addition to making the person super uncomfortable, putting a thousand defects, I stopped the service to solve life on the cell phone. There is no privacy, another dentist and the receptionist would enter the room in the middle of the procedure to resolve things outside the service. Anyway, unfortunately some professionals make the place bad.

Terrible service especially at reception, PS. He doesn't answer the child, the hapvida sends him there but he doesn't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Local sujo e pouco arejado. Sem informações, deixa a gente esperando e não comunicam nada. Escolham outro local, não vale a pena. Só gasto de tempo e dinheiro.
Terrible attendance. Dirty and poorly ventilated place. Without information, they keep us waiting and they don't communicate anything. Choose another location, it's not worth it. Just wasting time and money.

liguei agendando e marcaram para as 10hs.
Cheguei 9:45 e fiquei quase 3 horas aguardando atendimento, colocaram uma pessoa que chegou depois na minha frente, fui reclamar e a recepcionista disse que estava na sequência certa, Mas claramente nao estava. Falta de respeito.
TERRIBLE! I do not recommend.
I called scheduling and scheduled for 10am.
I arrived at 9:45 and I was waiting for almost 3 hours, they put a person who arrived in front of me later, I went to complain and the receptionist said I was in the right sequence, but clearly I wasn't. Lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA,ainda não sei como o Hapvida tem convênio com eles,péssimo atendimento,o lugar é horrível e velho,não tem higienização,fora que as atendentes são super ignorantes e fora o dentista que fala uma coisa mas depois vc vê que não era isso,ele me fez arrancar um dente que não precisava,e fez uma obturação em um dente que tinha que fazer canal,ESSA CLÍNICA NÃO DEVERIA EXISTIR.
TERRIBLE, I still don't know how Hapvida has an agreement with them, bad service, the place is horrible and old, there's no hygiene, apart from the attendants are super ignorant and the dentist says something but then you see that it wasn't that , he made me pull out a tooth that didn't need it, and made a filling in a tooth that had to be rooted, THIS CLINIC SHOULD NOT EXIST.
