★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fazem a instalação corretamente. Irresponsáveis. Fizeram o serviço mal feito e passei 5 meses indo lá pedindo pra ajeitarem e eles ficaram dizendo que iam. Por fim, tive que pagar outra metalúrgica para terminar o serviço mal feito deles, pois minhas grades ficaram abertas.
They do not install properly. Irresponsible. They did the bad service and I spent 5 months going there asking to get settled and they kept saying they were going. Finally, I had to pay for another metallurgy to finish their ill-done service, since my grills were open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota zero no prazo, no momento de fechar a compra faz de tudo, pra virem pegar as medidas demorou muito, eu já me assustei, pra vir instalar.... até pra me atender cobrando dispensava ligação... é melhor pagar um pouco mais caro que o stress!!!!
Zero score on time, at the time of closing the purchase it does everything, to come and get the measures it took a long time, I was already scared, to come install ... even to answer me by charging without needing to call ... it is better to pay a little more expensive than stress !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deram o prazo de 10 dias pra entregar o serviço e não cumpriram. Deram mais 2 prazos e ao invés de falar a verdade que o serviço não tava pronto ficavam falando que vinham e nunca vieram. Totalmente sem transparência e sem compromisso com o cliente. Além do dono ser super antipático. Não recomendo.
They gave 10 days to deliver the service and did not comply. They gave 2 more deadlines and instead of telling the truth that the service was not ready, they kept saying that they came and never came. Totally without transparency and without commitment to the customer. Besides the owner being super obnoxious. I do not recommend.

Recomendo que antes de até mesmo pensar em visitar a loja, leiam as avaliações e não se arrisquem. Existem inúmeros relatos de clientes totalmente insatisfeitos que nunca tiveram seus problemas resolvidos. Fujam dessa empresa e priorizem empresas sérias.
Se a empresa deseja consertar sua imagem, busquem os clientes e resolvam o problema deles.
I thought about ordering several iron components. But after reading customer reviews I was shocked.
I recommend that before you even think about visiting the store, read the reviews and take no chances. There are countless reports of totally dissatisfied customers who have never had their problems resolved. Run away from that company and prioritize serious companies.
If the company wants to fix its image, look for customers and solve their problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento não cumpre com a entrega dos produtos, quando quebra não dá suporte já vai fazer 5 mês o portão quebrado só fala que vem concertar e nunca vem, não compre vocês vão ter dor de cabeça.
