★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma péssima experiência,não aconselho ninguém a frequentar esse lugar,fui por uma indicação e mesmo assim, só gastei tempo e dinheiro, o Dr.Marcelo que pediu vários exames caros gastei mais de R$ 500 e após o diagnóstico de um problema no qual eu necessitaria de algumas extrações e o monitoramento de um pequeno cisto em minha mandíbula...o mesmo se nega a me prestar atendimento sem motivo algum e sem uma justificativa plausível ...fica todo momento marcando a consulta e desmarcando sempre 2 dias antes e assim já se vai mais de 6 meses ...é uma falta de responsabilidade enorme já que sempre desmarco compromissos além das dores que tenho, enquanto fico esperando atendimento...e tambem o constrangimento que sempre passo...fujam desse péssimo profissional!
It was a bad experience, I do not advise anyone to go to this place, I went for an appointment and even then, I only spent time and money, Dr. Marcello who asked for several expensive exams spent more than $ 500 and after diagnosing a problem in the which I would need some extractions and the monitoring of a small cyst in my jaw ... the same refuses to give me care without any reason and without a plausible justification ... it is always marking the consultation and always clearing 2 days before and so it is already gone more than 6 months ... it is a huge lack of responsibility since I always clear commitments beyond the pains that I have, while I wait for care ... and also the embarrassment that always happens ... flee from that poor professional !

Sequer houve uma prestação de satisfação formal. Obviamente a culpa não foi da recepcionista, que apenas trabalha com os instrumentos que a ela sao disponibilizados. O dentista, por sua vez, vendo um “cliente” aguardando, sequer se moveu pra se desculpar pelo atraso ou prestar algum esclarecimento. E mais, o atraso foi meramente administrativo, não tinha nenhum outro paciente antes de mim, o que até justificaria...
Achei bom não ter dado certo já na avaliação...
Não recomendo!
Terrible! Extreme disregard for the patient. I was 30 minutes to be attended and amazed, I didn't go! I lost all my day's schedule ...
There was no formal satisfaction. Obviously it was not the fault of the receptionist, who only works with the instruments that are made available to her. The dentist, in turn, seeing a "client" waiting, did not even move to apologize for the delay or provide any clarification. Moreover, the delay was purely administrative, there was no other patient before me, which would even justify ...
I thought it was good that it didn't work out in the evaluation ...
I do not recommend!
