Eles sempre dão um jeito, no meu caso o suporte da minha cama não cabia no elevador ni pelas escadas, eles icaram pela janela sem cobrar nada adicional. Todos os móveis chegaram sem problemas em perfeito estado. Recomendo muito.
Excellent service. They are very proactive, efficient and fast. They were very punctual. They always find a way, in my case the support of my bed did not fit in the elevator ni the stairs, they stayed by the window without charging anything additional. All furniture arrived without problems in perfect condition. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a mudança de um sofá. Houve um pouco de demora nas respostas no Whatsapp durante a contratação do serviço, mas acabamos resolvendo. Os rapazes da mudança chegaram 1h antes do horário combinado, mas isso não foi um problema para mim. Eles foram muito atenciosos e prestativos. Também demonstraram capacidade para se virarem com situações inesperadas (tiveram que improvisar a passagem pela porta do prédio, que era muito estreita). Recomendo.
I carried out the change of a sofa. There was a bit of delay in the responses on Whatsapp while contracting the service, but we ended up solving it. The moving guys arrived 1h before the agreed time, but that wasn't a problem for me. They were very attentive and helpful. They also demonstrated the ability to cope with unexpected situations (they had to improvise the passage through the building's door, which was very narrow). I recommend.
