★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento principalmente ao telefone nunca atende e a quando atende te deixa horas esperando na linha ou então desliga na cara... o whatsaap nem sei pra que serve vc manda msg eles responde 2 dias depois quando responde estou até hoje aguardando um orçamento pra exame .um absurdo mal admimistrado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito lento,terceira vez que tenho que pegar a guia para consulta e a espera é de 45min apenas para isso. Atendentes parecem que conversam sobre outros assuntos e não nos que interessam... um anda e anda para lá e pra cá e não saem do lugar...

Marquei urologista para hoje dia 3/08 as 9:45 hs, mas estranhei a falta da confirmação.
Ninguém atende ao telefone para confirmar minha consulta, se devo ou não ir até a Doctor.
Falta de Respeito, educação e profissionalismo.
Afinal preciso de atendimento médico e não de ir a um shopping.

No one answers the phone to confirm my query, whether or not I should go to the Doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clínica! Impossível ser atendido por telefone, algumas atendentes do balcão estão sempre mal humoradas e espera-se horas para ser atendido pelo médico, mesmo com horário marcado. Isso quando ele não falta e obriga o paciente a só pegar receita, mesmo cobrando a consulta e não tendo analisado a condição do paciente.
Só é barato, porque qualidade não tem nenhuma....
Bad Clinic! Impossible to be answered by telephone, some desk attendants are always in a bad mood and hours are waiting to be attended by the doctor, even at scheduled times. This when he does not lack and obliges the patient to only take prescription, even charging the consultation and not having analyzed the condition of the patient.

Ja cheguei a ficar 4 horas esperando pra ser atendida.. e dai voce passa 5 minutos no colsultorio e o medico mal olha na sua cara, ocupado que sempre esta com ligacoes telefonicas. As atendentes tem que receber pacientes, vender planos, gerar guias, fazer cafezinho, encaminhar fichas de pacientes, atender telefones, e desumano esperar que elas tenham a habilidade de cumprir com a obrigacao e ainda manter a amabilidade e o sorriso no rosto. E preciso digitalizar o prontuario dos pacientes, dando acesso a todos os medicos. Receitas precisam ser digitalizadas e impressas.. E preciso cartazes de "Silencio" e "Proibido usar Celular" na sala de espera, quem consegue trabalhar no meio daquele barulho intenso?
How can some doctors be so disorganized? Already got to 4 hours waiting to be attended .. and then you spend 5 minutes in the college and the doctor barely looks in your face, busy who is always with phone calls. Caregivers have to receive patients, sell plans, generate guides, make coffee, route patient records, answer phones, and inhumanly expect them to have the ability to comply with the obligation while still maintaining the kindness and smile on their faces. You need to digitize the patient chart, giving access to all doctors. Recipes need to be scanned and printed. And I need "Silence" and "No Cell Phone" posters in the waiting room, who can work through that loud noise?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim marcar para chegar em um horário e deixam o paciente mais de duas horas esperando, muito cheio mesmo em plena pandemia, primeira e última vez que vou nesse lugar.

Não indico, descaso com pacientes.
