★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitamos um orçamento, falamos com o setor comercial 3x e eles disseram que iam mandar em 5 minutos... Até agora nada de orçamento. (Detalhe. na segunda vez que ligamos informaram que não haviam mandado pois anotaram alguma coisa errada, mas não tiveram a boa vontade de nos ligar solicitando a correção dessa informação).
 We asked for a budget, we spoke to the 3x commercial sector and they said they would send it in 5 minutes... So far no budget. (Detail. the second time we called they informed us that they had not sent it because they noted something wrong, but they did not have the good will to call us requesting the correction of this information).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, comercial ruim, várias ligações e e-mail e ninguém nunca enviou o orçamento que precisava, e ainda tivemos paciência em ser insistente.
Bad service, bad commercial, several calls and e-mails and no one ever sent the quote they needed, and we still had the patience to be insistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço... só mais uma maneira de tirar dinheiro da empresa. Para fechar contrato dizem que fazem os laudos tudo certinho...até então tudo ok .... achando que estávamos amparados por uma empresa que cobrou $1.170,00 para supostamente atender nossa necessidade junto ao e-social com os laudos LTCAT e etc o qual não temos conhecimento nem capacidade técnica para lidar com tal sistema e outras burocracias, somos surpreendidos com um e-mail dizendo que não fariam o envio dos laudos ao e-social e que seria de responsabilidade da empresa que contratou o serviço. Simplesmente ridículo e nada profissional. Fazem o serviço pela metade. Resumo da historia.... tive que contratar e gastar mais $1.288,00 com outra empresa, no caso a Roperbras que sim é uma empresa seria e que faz o serviço completo.
Então fica a dica ....
Bad service... just one more way to get money out of the company. To close the contract, they say they do the reports all right...so far everything is ok... thinking that we were supported by a company that charged $1,170.00 to supposedly meet our needs with e-social with LTCAT reports, etc. o which we do not have the knowledge or technical capacity to deal with such a system and other bureaucracies, we are surprised by an email saying that they would not send the reports to e-social and that it would be the responsibility of the company that hired the service. Simply ridiculous and unprofessional. They do the job by half. Summary of the story.... I had to hire and spend another $1,288.00 with another company, in this case Roperbras, which is a serious company and does the full service.
So here's the tip ....

Todo agendamento feito pelo site e sem informações extremamente necessárias para um exame empresarial,não tem nem valores e qdo o funcionário chega para realizar o exame perguntam pra ele o cargo e se ele quiser falar "presidente" da empresa e mesmo assim não for irão acreditar ao invés de essas informações serem dados pelo patrão é feita pelo funcionário.Aí você entra contato pedindo a correção e eles para isso cobram o valor de outro exame Péssimo

Don't be fooled by scheduling it's nothing exclusive. Total disregard, never set foot in this establishment unless thank you for your company, go to mine, better pay for a serious and respectful laboratory
