★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha ouvido falar que toda consulta com o Dr. Bruno, o paciente fica esperando mais de uma hora ou até mais, pois o mesmo só chega na clínica duas/ três horas depois. Ou seja marca o paciente sendo que ele nem está lá para atender. Marquei duas vezes e comprovei essa falta de respeito com o paciente. Como se o paciente tivesse livre o dia todo para esperar o Dr. chegar. Falta de respeito e profissionalismo!
I had already heard that every consultation with Dr. Bruno, the patient is waiting for more than an hour or even more, as he only arrives at the clinic two/3 hours later. In other words, mark the patient as he is not even there to attend. I scored twice and confirmed this lack of respect with the patient. As if the patient had all day free to wait for the Dr. to arrive. Lack of respect and professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui operada emergencialmente pelo dr. Bruno e ele foi muito atencioso, mas, infelizmente, no pôs operatório, foi impossível contatar. Nem sequer consegui que ele retirara os pontos. Depois de inúmeras ligações, consegui ser atendida por uma senhora, que me pareceu, ter sido acordada, às 9:15 horas, pelo telefone, informando que ele só conseguiria me atender na semana seguinte. É uma pena, pois houvesse gostado que ele culminara meu atendimento.
I was operated on emergency by Dr. Bruno and he were very attentive, but unfortunately, in the postoperative period, it was impossible to contact. I couldn't even get him to remove the stitches. After numerous calls, I managed to be answered by a lady, who seemed to have been woken up at 9:15 am on the phone, informing me that he would only be able to answer me the following week. It's a pity, because I would have liked him to end my treatment.
