Experiência inicial PÉSSIMA!!! Acredito que a clinica esteja mal assessorada em seu contato inicial pelo WhatsApp.
Entrei em contato para buscar informações, e sem saber do meu caso o atendimento via WhatsApp já me deu bom dia perguntado para qual clinica queria agendar uma avaliação, isso ocultando até então o custo da avaliação, questionei se a avaliação teria algum custo ai sim fui respondido com o valor.
Pontos Relevantes que quero chegar:
1- Nível do atendimento baixo para uma clinica que aparentemente e regida por médicos, ou seja esperamos um atendimento a altura, não um atendimento de bar.
2- Em nenhum momento procuraram saber a minha necessidade ou algo a respeito, só quiseram marcar o mais rápido possível uma consulta sem informar os valores previamente, isso gerou uma insegurança e desconforto. Como se consultar sem ter informações do local sem conhecer o lugar, pagar algo sem saber o que esta por vir.
3- infelizmente não me passou confiança, mas deixo claro que a falta de confiança veio através do primeiro atendimento, não tive a chance de conhecer o medico então da parte dele não posso opinar.

I got in touch to seek information, and without knowing about my case, the service via WhatsApp already gave me a good morning, asked which clinic I wanted to schedule an evaluation for, so far hiding the cost of the evaluation, I asked if the evaluation would have any cost, so I went answered with the value.
Relevant Points I want to get to:
1- Low service level for a clinic that is apparently run by doctors, that is, we expect a high level service, not a bar service.
2- At no time did they try to find out about my need or anything about it, they just wanted to make an appointment as soon as possible without previously informing the values, this generated insecurity and discomfort. How to consult without having information about the place without knowing the place, paying something without knowing what is to come.
3- unfortunately I didn't have confidence, but I make it clear that the lack of confidence came through the first visit, I didn't have the chance to meet the doctor so I can't give an opinion on his part.

Contratei a minha cirurgia de retirada de nódulo benigno no seio com inserção de prótese nas mamas em agosto de 2020, não foi retirado o nódulo "fui enganada com sucesso", onde a prioridade era o nódulo , minha saúde em primeiro lugar, fui retirar os pontos e esclarecer oque aconteceu e depois de muita discussão a única coisa que me foi oferecido foi uma ultrassom que fiz e o nódulo estava lá , sem contar que nunca me ligaram para marcar um retorno , coisa que é bem claro no contrato essas consultas pós operatório, estou com diferença de assimétrico nas mamas , convivendo com um nódulo que juntei cada centavos pra retirar, com crise de ansiedade, depressão por essa questão! Não recomendo!

I do not recommend!

Marcou uma revisão indevidamente( coisas que pode ocorrer normalmente) e nem ao menos se deu o trabalho de ligar ou mandar e-mail pra desmarcar. Esperou chegarmos no consultório pra revelar o ocorrido e ainda inventou uma desculpa esfarrapada dizendo que não tinha internet pra entrar em contato. Viemos de longe, tive que deixar de trabalhar e isso nos causou um desconforto imenso. Dr Hélio deveria escolher melhor seus funcionários.
Bad experience, this star goes to the attendant Natalia. Booked a review improperly (things that can happen normally) and didn't even bother to call or email to unbook. He waited for us to arrive at the office to reveal what had happened and even invented a lame excuse saying that there was no internet to contact us. We came from far away, I had to stop working and this caused us immense discomfort. Dr Hélio should choose his employees better.
